Netanyahu plans meeting with Mitchell    Roni Sofer
1. Seriously, what's there to talk about?
After the "three NOs" out of the Arab world over the last week or so, what is the point of yet another meeting with Mitchell? They met only a few days ago, and there's no indication anything will change in the next three weeks. Israel's PM has more than enough on his plate; he doesn't need to waste precious time preparing for, conducting, and following up such a meeting. Bibi needs to appoint "his guy" to meet with Obama's guy.

2. Not true!
Supposedly they are nearing some sort of agreement on the settlements. Will it be a sufficient enough of an agreement to get the parties talking again though is the question? So an agreement but a questionable one. We have to wait and see. Bibi said this agreement is right around the corner.

3. a two state solution may be well meaning..
but Mitchell must understand it is a fools erand to push it... as long as the powers to be (hamas, fatah , hezbelah) insist upon israels removal as part of thier charters. to Hamas and company a 2 state solution = HUDNDA..= future operations for the removal of the remainer of israel
