Sorry for answering so late, the site was not available before.
You know, it's breaking my heart, darling, but I to have to tell you that Israel did sign the Geneva Conventions, precisely on Dec 8, 1949, and ratified it on July 6 1951.
Now, sugarplum, take a close look at the United Nations Security Council Resolution 446.
It says that the policy and practices of Israel in establishing settlements in the Palestinian and other Arab territories occupied since 1967 have NO legal validity and constitute a serious obstruction to achieving a comprehensive, just and lasting peace in the Middle East.
That's the way it is.
The world agrees, still Israel hopes these rules are for everybody else only .
