1. Huh?
J K ,   NYC, USA   (08.04.09)
Didn't we just hear last week that the border is calm and no conflagration is expected? These talking heads need to shut it as conflicting information helps no one.
2. Hmm
Sarah B ,   New York City, USA   (08.05.09)
It occurs to me that a couple of thousand tons of ordnance dropped on Hizbollah and UNIFIL -- yes; I said UNIFIL; they are scarcely neutral and if they join the fray, they become equal targets -- positions would restore calm very, very quickly. Try it. You'll see. A terrorist is essentially a coward. He needs a gun or a bomb to make him a man. Take away the gun or the bomb ..... and he reverts to type: a shaking, terrified, poisonous thug. Say bye-bye, Hizbollah. Your days are numbered.
3. Not to worry
Marcel ,   Florida   (08.05.09)
Defeseless Minister Ehud retreat n' surrender Barak always looking for an escape or fairy tale peace will suggest along with shifty Shimon that Israel give Nasrallah Tel Aviv for peace
4. Hezbollah will sign its own death warrant
Scott   (08.05.09)
If Hezbollah is is only partially successful in hitting Israel in the manner it says...well we all know what the likely outcome will be. FORGET LIMITED WAR. Its clear Hezbollah will have another go soon. It will be the last. Israel cannot afford to let a persistent enemy survive to re-build like this again. The Lebanese people will suffer terribly.
5. Yup! Hezbollah could be destroyed
Avert Dulong ,   ca canada   (08.05.09)
That's it! "COULD" be destroyed. But only if Israel turns a deaf ear to the US and to the UN. Within a matter of days, it is well know in Israel and in the International community, that this so called Hezbollah could be turned to ash within two days. No more than two days, and more than likely (as it is well known) no more than a day. The whole of Lebanon would actually be turned to an ash heap (without nuclear activity at all). What the US is terrified over, is a Russian strike. Israel will quickly destroy the navy in Syria, and the US fears a third World War. But make no doubt about it, Hezbollah will be gone.
6. oh yeeees. knees are buckling under pressure
sami ,   son of Palestine   (08.05.09)
7. Information is as good as the source wants it to be !
Psalms 83   (08.05.09)
battles in WW2 were won and lost based on how creative the intelegence community could be on thier intellegence collection and deception today is no different
8. Start again and we hit your mother- Iran.
Scott ,   chicago   (08.05.09)
No more distractions and wasted resources ... bring it on we all know who the puppet master is... hit Iran. They will hit israel when iran is hit...even if its not Israel doing the hitting.
9. The second Lebanon war and the “victory” of Hezbollah.
Ron B. ,   Lod   (08.05.09)
Israeli assessments estimate that Hezbollah lost about a third of its elite fighting force. While Hezbollah has difficulty attracting volunteers to its ranks, turning them into skilled military operators is a lengthy and complex process. Despite the mistakes made by the IDF in conducting the military campaign, Israeli soldiers triumphed in every face-to-face battle with Hezbollah. For details : http://xrl.us/beee8c
10. Lebanon and Hizbollah should look up the cities Tyre and
Rivkah   (08.05.09)
Zidon (Sidon) in an Analytical Concordance to the Bible such as Strong's or Young's to see what is going to happen to those cities that has not happened, yet. If that is not a deterrent to allowing Hizbollah to attack Israel, it should be. There may not be as much destruction as in Damascus in Isaiah 17:1, but a lot of people will die. I expect Lebanon will become a part of Israel, as will Syria and a lot of other lands that are presently hostile until the borders shown to Abraham for his descendants through Isaac are complete. Two thirds of Israel will die before the coming of the Jewish Messiah, the Prophet Zechariah says; but, far more Syrians, Lebanese, Egyptians, Jordanians, etc. will die including all of the Princes of Edom (Jordan). Don't mess with Israel. God is getting angrier and angrier with those who do.
11. N . Border - Not again !
Dorfman ,   Nahariya   (08.05.09)
Hardly a day goes by when we don't hear the same thing so one day one assumes they maybe right . It is NOT a worry but this time do a "terminal " job on Naz and Co.
12. I suggest you take your kids to the bunkers
Tip ,   Dubai   (08.05.09)
13. #12, and i guess they need to take their arms to bunkers
Danny   (08.05.09)
