givin to patiants in the hospital , they make mistakes all the time , and they are willing to argue with you for ever that you are stuiped and that its there buisness which they know better than you , i have lost all faith in the medical system in israel , its nurses , doctors ,hospitals , and clinics , are all about buisness and nothing more ..

Do they still take the Hypocratic oath ? During my lifetime I've met a few miserable characters called "doctor". However, most still do the profession proud discounting a few exceptions. When I was much younger, I placed "doctor" in a category next to God !

I have never seen a country with so many criminal actions against its doctors, and actual hatred of doctors. These "experiments" were approved by the hospital research committees under Helsinki protocol, what else do you want. They were not life threatening in the least. Any physician who works in Israel is a fool. Work in the USA and earn ten times as much and have respect, and you wont get a heart attack at 40 from stress. Come to American Israeli doctors and be happy.

in an Israeli hospital - or ask for a second opinion - which patients take for granted outside of Israel as a matter of rights and good medicine - oy va voy l'cha! It is a big problem.

I've seen this sort of thing going on for nearly 40 years - ever since a doctor's arrogance killed a friend. How does this sort of thing happen? Simple: Israel is a very small country and its 'educated elite' continuously try to imitate either the UK or more recently the US. But the model they have is rather outdated, particularly in the medical profession. In fact they just manage to parody the arrogant doctor of 60+ years ago, not realising that times have moved on, and this sort of behaviour doesn't wash any more, anywhere in the world. That said, the US doctors I know of in Israel are a blessing to the country.

Experiments on the elderly...Horror! Evidently, this is the result of the many years of socialized health system. Is United States to follow with their Health Reform plan? Hopefully not!.
