Often, a mother or adult male related to a child robber has been the situation. Why would a 13 year old who is in any way supervised be alone in crimes? Is the child crazy? If so, why? Aluminum and mercury from too many vaccinations? Genetically modified foods? Red food dye allergy? How and where did a 13 year old get alcohol to get drunk on? This child should never be repatriated to his parents for him to be that out of control at his age. They are not worthy parents or he is not a worthy child.

Netanya seems to have a problem with young teens running wild. The police also seem to ignore unless it gets to be too much--as apparently in this instance. Last Aug. I reported and reported and reported kids cllmbing into and destroying property of a Gan. The response of the police--its "hooligansim", they are bored kids etc. etc. It was all downplayed. I wonder if this model of virtue was one of the kids who was just bored last year and this year moved up to bigger and better!!

Only 13 and already turning into a drunk hooligan? This kid has to be very stupid to get drunk, try break into a store, then bite a cop. Definitely one of the stranger stories I've heard. What is the world coming to these days?
