Even in cases, where the cause of death was obvious (head shattered by a bullit or shrapnel with the rest of the body intact) the victim ended up with his chest and abdomen cut open and kidneys, heart, or liver removed. In 2003 the BBC reported that South African polic had arrested the members of a gang (incl. Israelis), who were buying organs in Brazil and Israel and smuggling them to South Africa, where they were transplanted into patients, who paid a lot of money for them. I don't believe that the Israeli army specificially kills Palestinians for their organs, but the thousands of Palestinian Intifada dead since 1987 (healthy young people mostly) provide a potential rich source of organs. In view of the troubling evidence there is already why not investigate the goings on at Abu Kabir? Why not check out if Hiss and his associates had any dealings with army commanders regarding the facilitating of obtaining bodies of Palestinian Intifada dead for the purpose of autopsy and more. If Hiss had no qualms about removing organs from Jewish Israelis without consent from relatives, he would certainly have felt no qualms about doing the same with Palestinians.
