I predict Iran's proposals to talk WILL be accepted and a new negotiations round will be started, thus defeating the illusionary "deadline" in September. It will happen. This will extend the well-established process of talking about talking, and threatening to continue talking. And this time they are really going to seriously talk, so you better watch out. I think it's ridiculous no one noticed that this "deadline" in September had absolutely no consequences whatsoever. Or if they did, they said nothing about it.
