Many Russian scientists could build a large plutonim nuke in their sleep but training and designing smaller uranium warheads for Iran missiles is more likely. If Iranian scientists are already trained and have a design then at some point Iran will be a nuclear power. I see Egypt and Suadi Arabia getting nuclear reactors soon even if Iran is delayed since it is too late to completely stop them. Bombing was an option 2 or 3 years ago but now it would do as much harm as good.
