At least in the Shaar Benyamin Rami Levy Supermarket, 10 km north of Jerusalem, there is a synagoge with regular afternoon and evening prayers. This is already for 4 years. Nothing new with this news item

Yesh (which was Aleph & Zol Po) in Be'erot Yitzhak has had a small shul for years. It's easy to catch Mincha & ma'ariv there several times a day.
