I know many Turkish business man who worked as appreantice or office boy for Jewish merchans when they were young. Almost all became good merchants, biggest Merchants of Turkey years later. Therefore for those who had desire to learn, working for Jewish merchants is a good school. However Erdogan's understaning of this real estate issue is incomplet, First Jews sometimes buy real estate, despite it is rarer. When a jewish merchant buys real estate they invest in an asset non operating therefore it is not profitable. But that is only one side. Jewish merchants does not want to bind their money to fixed assets which cannot be carried with them when they should leave the said country. So they put their money on only mobile assets which may be carried with them everywhere. That is so for centuries. Personally I also got some lessons from Jewish merchants... good lessons. They have thousands years of commercial and businesss experience and traditions unlike us-we do not have.
