1. excuse me, but...
... just as in any other court case (yes, even in a kangaroo court) i would expect the counsel for the defence (in this case the foreign office) to prepare.
i.e. if there are only 180 interviews, how hard is it to call into question the repute of those interviewees? did they get money or anything else to testify? are they dependable?
if my lawyer did anything else, i'd fire him. merely kvetching about how unfair it all is is not enough.

3. UNHRC or UNSC
The Goldstone report calls for the Security Council to refer the matter to the International Criminal Court if Israel does not act upon its recommendations within six months. The Goldstone recommendations are mainly directed to Israel; the aggressor, not Gaza the self-defender. If the aim is to convince Israel at long last to conduct genuine, impartial investigations of its conduct in Gaza, confining the issue to the Human Rights Council is a terrible step. Only the Security Council has the authority and power to convince Israel to take seriously the need for real investigations. The UN Security Council has to promptly establish a committee of experts to monitor and assess any domestic proceedings instituted by Israel and the Hamas de facto administration in Gaza and require that both Israel and Hamas report within six months on what independent investigations and prosecutions of serious violations of international human rights and humanitarian law they have carried out. The Security Council has to refer the situation to the ICC Prosecutor if no credible investigations have been conducted by Israel and Hamas in conformity with international standards within the set period.

4. Judgement day is coming soon....
Israeli war criminals will pay for their crimes. The hague is waiting.

5. #1
Israel was invited to give evidence, and they refused because they were GUILTY. I saw what both sides did-Israel now WILL ANSWER!
|
|
6. Israel made a mistake
by not cooperating with the Goldstone committee. But at least it can still voice its complaints during the UN debate. Don't miss another opportunity.

7. call into question the report

8. The injustice done to an innocent woman of Meah Shearim is
firing back at Israel. CLEARLY midah keneged midah!!!
What the State of Israel is doing to the Hareidim with their false accusations and fabrication, esp. the Starving Mom, the UN is doing to the State of Israel. IDENTICAL!
Testimonies being ignored and every single remark by the politicians, including Netanyahu's that Goldstone's report was prewritten, etc. etc. etc. matches the Prosecutors report to the hair. The timing is perfect!!! It’s not coincidental that it is happening at the same time!!! Wake up people, there’s a G-d in the world that wants to show Israel YESH DIN VEYESH DAYAN!!!!!

10. goldstone opinion
Goldstone has been saying that he hoped his report would move t he parties towards peace. Lets seee-
Turkey the new father of palestinians cuts israel in anatolia air exercise, signs security deal with syria and keeps insisting that israel not get angry, and return to istambul peace surrender golan talks that the coward olmert was undertaking.
Israel helped turkey when its people were devastated by an earthquake and that's the thanks israel gets.
Its always the same, whether greece, israel or even the US. Islamic turkey has turned into an islamic jihad country with erdogan at the head.Who inspires erdogan--goldstone does?
Who inspires Hamas-goldstone does.Who inspires Abbas, goldstone does.Who inspires the dreg countries-goldstone does.
Goldstone can go to bloody hell with sanctimonious opinioni of himelf which is a load of bull. He is persona non grate in the hewish world.

11. To: No. 6
Don't hold your breath, fool.
Israel will not dignify this modern-day "Protocols of the Elders of Zion" that is the Goldstone Report.
The Congo. Dharfur. Somalia. Ivory Coast. The Polisario. Iran. Indonesia. Pakistan. Spain. Turkey. Et cetera, et cetera, et cetera, ad nauseum. Millions upon millions of murdered non-combatants in so many places and the only thing the United Nations has to do is fuss over 400 dead non-combatants in Gaza? No mention of eight years of crimes against humanity in the form of daily missile barrages from Gaza into Israeli southern population centers? No mention of Hamas-sent suicide bombers (who have, by the way, killed over 1,000 innocent Israeli civilians? No mention that it is a war crime to store weapons in hospitals and schools and mosques because that turns them into legitimate military targets? No mention that it is a war crime for combatants to fire upon opposing troops from populated civilian areas, knowing that this will draw return fire? No mention that it is a war crime to use noncombatants as human shields?
Please. Israel should not dignify the United Nations with its presence at these so-called "debates." The United Nations has no validity; who could possibly take them seriously? They have such a clear and demonstrable hatred for Jews and for the Jewish State.
Let them have their little party. With any luck, they shall have to hold it without Israel's presence. It would be daylight madness for Israel to attend the debates because in so doing, Israel will lend legitimacy to a Report that is a most ridiculously one-sided and inaccurate document.
I wonder how much money Goldstone received in bribes to induce him to produce this piece of fiction. Hope he can live with himself.
