1. I realize, Jordanian law forbids of Jews to own property in
Eitan ,   Qatzrin, Israel   (10.25.09)
the kingdom simply because they are Jews. Indeed, Jews are not permitted to reside in the Hashemite kingdom (no, its not Jordanian Kingdom because the ruling family that rules Jordan is not from Jordan; it was imported into the region by the British from the Hijaz, present day Saudi Arabia). Indeed, between the years 1948 and 1967 the entire western bank and eastern Jerusalem region was Jew-free since it was under Jordanian rule that did not permit Jews, contrary to its armistice agreement with Israel, not only for Jews to reside there but even go and worship at the Western Wall, to ascend to the graves of dear ones at the Mount of Olives. No wonder, with this state of minds the Jordanians are now demanding that Jews do not step foot in territory that is totally under Israeli sovereignty. Some Jordanian soul searching is called for...!!
2. Iranian 3rd Intifadah

3. Police threatened women and children
Manuel ,   Mexico   (10.25.09)
The thing the world has come to expect the most from Palestinians is lies on top of lies. I encourage any and all Palestinians to prove that Israeli police "threatened" women and children....Its makes me laugh.
4. "Palestinians'... lies on top of lies". Indeed, fabrication
Eitan ,   Qatzrin, Israel   (10.25.09)
upon fabrication which are then stitched together by the Arabs into a large quilt of fabric full of fabrications called by them "narrative".
5. Muslim provocations threaten WORLD PEACE!
Islam is a cancer   (10.25.09)
6. 3- no the world thinks ISRAELIS lie.
USA   (10.25.09)

7. #1 you don't import Jew immigrants, you export them
(10.25.09)
8. Deport them all
Michael Hessler ,   Ra'anana   (10.25.09)
Deport the rioters and their leaders and their supporters. If they get violent, respond with two in chest and one in the head.
9. #6 You don't speak for the world
Cynthia ,   USA   (10.25.09)
Since when is rock throwing part of a peaceful prayer? No, they throw rocks to provoke the police and create an incident. And when they stab border guards at checkpoints and border crossings, they only make life harder for their fellow Palestinians. A friggin waste of time.
10. USA # 6
Eaglebeak ,   Left Coast, USA   (10.25.09)
That's only because of the fact that there is a fool born every minute.
11. Jordan is racist.
(10.25.09)
to assume that the muslims are right and the jews are wrong with no evidence what so ever, and no real intent to understand what happened there, is pure racism.
12. Transfer the rioters to gaza, ham-ass will let them pray all
Bunnie Meyer ,   Los Angeles, CA USA   (10.25.09)
they want under their exacting guidelines.
13. The "world" should attend to its own business
the real ,   usa   (10.25.09)
The "world" never ceases to mess things up when it gets involved in regional disputes. Let the powers in the region decide on the best way to handle their disputes. The "world" should get its hand out of Jerusalem's cookie-jar, and THAT"S the "frickin'" truth, USA moron!
14. In the immortal words of June 1967:
Allan ,   Ft. Lauderdale   (10.25.09)
"har ha'bait be'yadenu"!! (The Temple Mount is in our hands). That means Israel controls the Temple Mount and everything that happens there. What the Jordanian minister seems to ignore is that he has no say concerning internal Israeli policies. Especially when it come to Har ha'bait. Jordan lost the right to comment on anything that happens there because of their rush to join their Arab brethren in 1967 and as a result, their loss of that part of Jerusalem. Jordan has long since relinquished any claim to Jerusalem and to Judea and Samaria. I urge the good minister to mind his own business and stay out of internal Israeli matters.
15. What is Islam's connection to Jerusalem?
jane ,   London - UK   (10.25.09)
Ask any Muslim to explain Islam's religious links to Jerusalem and he will look blank! Where does Jerusalem fit into Islamic and Muslim history? It is not the place to which they pray, is not once mentioned by name in prayers, and it is connected to no mundane events in Muhammad's life. The city never served as capital of a sovereign Muslim state, and it never became a cultural or scholarly center. Little of political import by Muslims was initiated there. I have posted several similar talk-backs and not one Muslim has ever responded, because the issue is political and not religious. Jane
16. #3 - did you know ..
jane ,   London - UK   (10.25.09)
Do you know that most of the attempted suicide attacks in the last 12 months were by women? They probably prefer suicide to being a woman in a Muslim society, but that's another conversation. Jane
17. believe it or not , israel wants riots .
it is a muslim site ,   then why are jews in   (10.25.09)
i wish i could understand the reason , i wish someone could tell me the truth , could israel realy want the alaqsa mousqe distroyed so they can build the temple ? would the zionists realy want to destroy the mousqe so they can build the temple there ? if this is the case , and i read no other explanations other than that , then israel is realy causing those riots , otherwise why would the jews go into a muslim holy site and provoce such violations
18. Threaten ...Threats...Threaten...Threats Threaten ...Threats
Steven Wilson ,   Anchorage, Alaska   (10.25.09)
My what peaceful people muslims are.
19. #17 it is muslim intolerance that's causing riots
Sacred Sites ,   for ALL worshipers   (10.25.09)
besides, the site is sacred to BOTH muslims AND jews, it is not and should not be "a muslim site" for the exclusive use of ONLY muslims. If the muslims were being fair to all religions, then they would allow the jews to worship there too and allow Christian tourists to visit instead of throwing rocks at them.
20. riots
sandy ,   australia   (10.26.09)
the palestainas are the ones here starting the trouble...stand strong to them Israel and support the police who do a wonderful job...maybe if u exiled all trouble makers they would think before starting trouble
21. Temple Mount
Barney ,   USA   (10.26.09)
is a Jewish holy site-period. Islam belongs in Mecca and Medina. The methodology of islam is to conquer everywhere by whatever means necessary. unfortunately those means are lies, incitement , and violence against not only all other religions but even certain members of their own. the fanatics have turned this religion into a sickness.
22. jordans actions bring closer time it will become palestian
ralph   (10.26.09)
23. Jordan a “Western-oriented” country ?
Ron B. ,   Lod   (10.26.09)
A Jordanian court recently summoned twelve European citizens to answer criminal charges of blasphemy and inciting hatred. Critics of Islam face the imposition of a death sentence, “if the charge is blasphemy and it is being tried by a sharia court. This isn’t a joke. It isn’t sufficient to avoid assisting to Jordan. It means the condemned “libeler” needs to be careful to avoid assisting to any third country — even just a stopover at its airport — that has an extradition treaty with Jordan. It also indicates that Jordan — which is lauded as western-oriented — expects Muslim law to be obeyed by Europeans. The only reason to the existence of Jordan at : http://xrl.us/omvbu
24. muslim riots
alanb ,   south africa   (10.26.09)

25. check your pics Sharon roffe ofir
yoraan ,   Israel   (10.27.09)
first of all u have taken a picture from Reuters who dont even give a neutral story to our problems, and over that u choose a photograph of arabs, which, at first glance, gives the image that they have been taken under custody. But, actually they are just praying, in peace.. It has nothing to do with the topic u are talking.
