The rest of it they will enrich at home. It might take them a little longer to get a nuke assuming they don't have enough uranium to build one before this deal is signed but as the rest of it | they will be enriching domestically then they can use that to make a nuke. This deal of foreign countries enriching uranium for Iran has been offered many timess before over the years and rejected,l it just hasn't been offered by a Nobel prize winner before. Iran is stalling for time and looking to get away with a deal thats not going to spoil their plans to become a nuclear power. Thanks to this deal though if accepted there will be no military action and no sactions whilst Iran develops a bomb without any threats from abroad and Iran will be laughing all the way to the nuclear weapons club.
