"No protected person may be punished for an offense he or she has not personally committed. Collective penalties and likewise all measures of intimidation or of terrorism are prohibited." In the example I gave earlier I cited the IAF creating sonic booms over Gaza, a practice which had no other purpose other than to *terrorize* the civilian population. Clearly this was IAF terrorism as a form of collective punishment. While I'm at it I'd also mention that the illegal practice of bulldozing the family homes of 'terrorists' also contravenes Article 33. One has to be kidding to call Jews "lambs". I grew up in Israel, served in the IDF during the first Lebanon war, and continue to be involved in the Jewish community in the US. Destroying buildings used by terrorists is allowed under the GC. Wrong again Your inventions do not constitute laws. Now launching attacks on civilians that is a war-crime. Attacking from civilian areas is also a war-crime. Using civilians as human shields is also a war-crime. Stopping those war-crimes is not a war-crime.
