Hamas: Israel's refusal to free 125 prisoners delaying Shalit deal     Ali Waked
1. A Proposal to overcome a Deadlock
Before a proposal, let me set background of situation. Israel would release heavy prisoners but they include some fighters or terrorist who commited bloody actions therefore it would rise outrage in Israeli public because no society would like to hear any prisoners released who hurt them. Proposal presumes a Transition period for release of heavy prisoners with help of Third parties. Therefore for such heavy prisoners there may be an intermiarty solution. Instead of releasing them directly they may be charged lower years of prison Let us say A prisoners charged 20 Years may get a reduction of prison terms to 2 years or 4 years as the case may be. Instead of releasing them during Exchange of prisoners in one side Shalit, those heaviy prisoners may be transferred to a third country agreed like England, Italy, Turkey to serve their remaining term of prison Therefore heavy prisoners may be transferred form Israeli prison( with approval of prisoner himself), serve for 2 years in foreign country and then released at the date of their sentence of 2 years. If parties are eager to agree that may be a solution, as no country politically bear such a burden of releasing heavy prisoners. This transition period will ease stress on Israeli government and would help progress and solve the issue. By the way You may hang Bourguiti Israel’s new candidate for Palestinian Presidency I believe he is a Israeli spy, and should be left in Israeli prisons or hanged.

2. to #1 the paranoia took over
you said it yourself they kill their own that's what happening in totalitarian regims, everyone can be spy, and they refused the exile offer to other country Hamas don't even want to hear about it, so there goes your theory.

3. PRISONERS
Our Arabized right wing will find an easy solution if "heavy " prisoners are released. More prisoners will begin dieing while escaping rather then being made available for exchange.

4. Shalit should be treated humanely....
Just like the Israelis treated their prisoners in Ansar camp in Lebanon and just like the Americans treats their prisoners in Guantanamo and Abu Ghreib.
