maybe you miss my post. straighten out fairport, NY, USA before world problems. Maybe Seneca want Fairport back. You settler need to return to your country. And you say forming state on religious ground is racism. Most of Europe have official state religion. All arabs have. Fatah and the Hamas have said filistin will be muslim state.
62. :: Sarah B backtracks
Matty Groves ,   Fairport   (11.02.09)
Firstly Sarah B stated: Now she backtracks and flip-flops to confirm (as I had already corrected her) that yes indeed some UN resolutions are binding. Eg: The lesson here: In some cases an old dog can be taught new tricks.

Yeah. UN resolutions which impose certain internal restrictions are binding. In other words, dear, UN resolutions which deal with UN budgetary items, and UN sub agencies are binding on the UN. Read the article again. No credible expert on international law regards UN resolutions which deal with sovereign states to be binding or enforceable. Do you always twist words in order to make a point? How sad. Most educated people rely on knowledge and facts. Get some education and try it some time. If you can. As you say, even an old dog can learn a new trick. I'm sure you'll find educating yourself to be a lovely new trick. Have fun!!

The idea is not how much land is Israel ready to concede, it is rather wether such land is an occupied territory or not? if not, there is no need for such sacrifice. But if it is, Israel is obliged to concede 100%, not 92% of the occupied land. Period. Why should all nations be forced to comply with international law,except Israel? And why do not israelis ask themselves this question: How long will the world tolerate Israel's unique situation? Do not South Africa mean anything for them?
65. The words Mofaz and Peace look funny together!

Until Israel agreed to these terms there will never be a lasting peace... ----------except Hamas fatatah And Hezbulah do not believe in real peace even if they were to get the 100% you are talking about ... thier concept of peace is HUDNA ... a temporary peace that allows them to gather enough resources to finish the job of pushing Israel into the sea as is outlined in thier charters....
