Do not get romantic ideas about the relations between Turkey and Israel in the past, a huge majority was anti-semitic ans is still anti-semitic, there is only a new leadership being more critical about Israel. Do not get romantic ideas about others in Europe neither, the majority in countries like Germany and Poland are anti-semitic too, I remember the poles years ago in these countries very well... so lots of remarks i read above are very hypocritical 7. Gaza was just an accuse for Turkey to get closer to the Arabs for a bigger political and economical role 8. With a foreign debt of 530 billion dollars Turkey is nothing but a turkey. Just pray that IMF will bail you out in the next three months. Or maybe Assad will give you money. Unofficial unemployment is 30% and maybe Ahmedinejad will provide jobs for you. Turkey is just a paper tiger on its wat to become another Pakistan or Iran. maybe even worse.. like Afganistan.
