People killed because they were (or were forced to be) in the line of enemy fire, because Hamas purposely and maliciously wages war from inside homes, hospitals and schools, this is not the definition of a war crime. The only war crimes were committed by the terrorists who fight from inside civilian population, so that when civilians are killed, they can go screaming "war crimes" to the UN. If any body needs to be brought before any tribunal on war crimes it is only Hamas. Oh and I forgot the war crimes they committed when firing missiles on a civilian population in Israel for 8 years.
