As the Holocaust survivor, I completely agree with you that again we are facing "concrete threats" for the existence of our, Jewish people and the state of Israel. Even the democratic world (including the USA) seems not (or will not!) to see and understand how deep is the hatred of muslim fundamentalists and the most of Arabs against Jews and the existence of Israel. To me it is not appropriate to compare the beginning of the killing of millions with the behavior of Arabic counties today. No matter how much hate they have, they still didn't kill millions.
