Lebanese paper says Israel preparing attack on Hezbollah    Roee Nahmias
1. as long as as leftist coward Barak is defence minister
Hezbollah does not have to worry
chaim ,   brooklyn ny   (11.10.09)
2. once again lebanese voted for terror
group for their gov and they cry on very posible out come, scraching my head) how the hell arab logic works, the sunction on hizb r by UN and yet they chose them, the smart move was not let them in the parliament and avoid the situation, but on stupidity you pay heavily, oh well enjoy the next war.
ghostq   (11.10.09)
3. Imad Mugniyah
Revenge for mr Mugniyah is on its way, just a matter of time. And if there is war this time,it will be the end of Israel. Israel must learn when you kill, you are going to be kiled. the old days are gone.... Its not only Mugniyah you have murderd but all the bomings in Lebanon cary Israeli finger prints, so sleep well revenge is on its way.
Salah Beytar ,   Beirut Lebanon   (11.10.09)
4. Oh, goody
High time Israel cleaned out that terrorist rabble. Hizbollah is a blot upon humanity. They will NOT be missed.
Sarah B ,   New York / Saviyon   (11.10.09)
5. The Demise of Lebanon
Surely the Lebanese people are aware that one rocket on Tel Aviv will result in a catastrophic attack on their once-glorious country? Just like everything else that toxic cancer called fundamentalist Islam touches, it will bring death and destruction to their country. To allow Lebanon to be hijacked by the Mad Mullahs in Iran and their rabid proxy Hezbollah is complete insanity.
Bill Foonman ,   Jacksonville USA   (11.10.09)
6. lol maybe.. round 2
No more cluster bombs this time.. Box On and may the best man win.
RJBH ,   Methil   (11.10.09)
7. well if a lebanese newspaper says it's true, it MUST be
this is just the paranoid conspiracy-obsessed rumors which suffocate the lebanese mind. hint to lebanon: if hizbullah doesn't do anything monumentally stupid like they did last time, there will be no war. (it's too bad that war rests solely on hizbullah resisting the urge to do something stupid. i guess we better get ready then.)
mike ,   israel (formerly usa   (11.10.09)
8. The war against Hizbullah does not concern Israel only.
Hassan Nasrallah, the leader of the Iranian-sponsored army Hezbollah, which is once again armed with thousands of rockets, says the next attack on Israel is not a matter of ‘if’ but ‘when’. What is needed now, immediately and urgently, are thoughtful and coherent guidelines concerning national defense, deterrence, targeting and even preemption (anticipatory self-defense). In order to destroy the Hizbullah Israel should not hesitate to attack Syria and inflict the country severe damages. We can also fight with the rools of the terrorist as explained at : http://xrl.us/oowhv
Ron B. ,   Lod   (11.10.09)
9. to #6 lol I didn't call for war the lebanese
and ASAD JR. did only yesterday, the sunction by the UN r still valid any false move ant lebanon is tost by the UN not by Israel, again where is you logic? mmm (giggle) maybe in delay.
ghostq   (11.10.09)
10. #4: lets see ur face when Israel loses this SECOND ROUND
and this time lets see some REAL man to man fights, no girls screaming like the 2006 war (or bombing from distance like cowards). Were all waiting for you muhahah
mo ,   Lebanon   (11.10.09)
11. To: No. 3
"The end of Israel." My, oh my, oh my. Aren't YOU the ambitious one! Many have tried, bubbeleh. No one has succeeded, not in 6,000 years. Still -- it is GOOD to wake up every morning as though your hair were on fire. Too bad you'll get burned. Really too bad. Sigh .... NEXT!!
Sarah B ,   New York / Saviyon   (11.10.09)
12. # 3 - Sigh
It was exactly that mindset that I feared would permeate in that region that would lead to Lebanon and other Arab countries' destruction. News flash for you: Your supper heroes didn't win jack in 2006. They survived, and for the first time an Arab military force (albeit a paramilitary terrorist organization) survived against the IDF you losers called a "victory". You truly believing that your Iranian proxy has anywhere near the military power to bring about the end of Israel would be laughable, if it wasn't so dangerous. As Shimon Peres said, if Lebanon allows Hizbollah to launch more rockets at Israeli population centers, "it will be the end of Lebanon". Let's see : Israel: Undefeated in wars against all Arab military forces, including your real government, Hizbollah. Versus Lebanon - Weakest military among Arab states which is currently controlled by an Iranian-backed paramilitary force with unguided rockets. I think you better put your money on Israel.

13. International defence board ? or IDO ?
IDB and IDO finally, agree on the mallicious basis of Doha Agreement, whay is that they never nutralise the agreement preocess befoer Hezbollah was granted veto power in Lebanon's parliament ? We know : -) IDB and IDO both their hand were tied down also ! Like Our IDF under the former Defense minister The man with moustach !
Benjamin ,   singapore   (11.10.09)
14. #3 - Revenge for Imad Mugniyah - who will U hit first?
Will you go after the "palestinians" who were involved in the hit or the Syrians who purposely dropped their guard to allow the hit. Only in the mind of Hizbullah and fanatical Lebanese does Israel fit into this equation at all, Salah. Syrian investigations produced no evidence of Israel involvement but showed both Syrian and "palestinian" fingerprints. Will you again ignore the truth to fuel your hatred? Did it help you in 61 years?
William ,   Israel   (11.10.09)
15. #6 - But will Hizbullah abide by the restrictions??
"No more cluster bombs this time" Will Hizbullah refrain from sending war crime rockets loaded with ball bearings into Israeli civilian centers? My guess is - NO. And just for fun, I guess you will dance on the roof tops when an Israeli child is shredded like paper by one of these. Nasrallah might be able to run away, but the Lebanese will not, and the IDF hasn't taken her gloves off...yet.
William ,   Israel   (11.10.09)
16. Hizbullah Propaganda to justify remaining terrorists
and act as State within a State in Lebanon and eventually to take over the entire country, and put it under Sharia law this has been their mode of operation for decades
Genuine Tosefta ,   Tveria   (11.10.09)
17. #10 - OK
Does that mean you "girls"in Beirut will not start crying to the United Nations, the Organization of the Islamic Conference, the Hague, etc., like you did in 2006 when Lebanon was being turned into a parking lot?
California Bear ,   Berkeley, CA   (11.10.09)
18. #3
Some more propaganda from Hizb to keep the poor Lebanese populace scared and agitated, so Hizb can look like the saviour. Every IDF hit on Lebanon has been retaliatory. Even you can see that. As for when it comes to fighting, I'm sure YOU won't be the one doing the door-to-door close quarters fighting. Hizb fighters are braver and stronger than Fatah and Hamas fighters, but they are still no match for IDF methodology and training. Easy for you to talk bravado though, sitting behind a computer.
AlexB ,   Toronto, Canada   (11.10.09)
19. to # 17: Don't you girls always cries to the U.N....
about a small missile hitting a "Tree" or bcse it made a whole on ur highway all the time? or crie and complain bragging to the U.N. about finding a ship that u didnt have F where it was heading, so u manipulate the news to say it was going to Hezbollah? This time, watch uf F16 falling like apple from a tree
Mo ,   Lebanon   (11.10.09)
20. GOLDSTONE'S NEW JOB
Looks like Judge Goldstone will soon have a NEW mandate, and he better not take any vacations any real-time soon. He will be severely needed and We hope he has a complete set of MAps for Lebanon so he will not get lost. The real question will be that will Goldstone will have any witnesses to interview in Lebanon??? I suggest that the United Nations vote on his future report now, so everybody can save time after the report arrives.
Bob ,   Montreal   (11.10.09)
21. #3 Mad Mugger
Surely you jest? The second a Hezbollah rocket hits Tel Aviv, you and the rest of the misguided fools that support Iran's toxic proxy will be running to Beirut airport - an airport that will no longer exist - to catch a flight to anywhere. You really do need a reality check if you believe any of the vile propaganda Nasrallah and his mad dogs spew.
Bill Foonman ,   Jacksonville USA   (11.10.09)
22. Translation: Hizbullah will soon attack Israel
and after Israel's inevitable counter-attack, they will say in Lebanon that Israel "planned the attack in advance". as in 2006.
Jake   (11.10.09)
23. Lebanon fails to learn yet again
Hey stupid we don't want any wars. We have never been the aggressors. If you start it we will finish it.
Gee ,   Zikron Yaakov   (11.10.09)
24. #3 Salah Beytar
I agree with you Salah. Its not a matter of IF, its a matter of WHEN. Every single Israeli war criminal should be worrired, and should keep looking over their shoulders. They just might be surprised to find out that they are in the cross hair of a Hezbollah sniper!
Marco ,   Spain   (11.10.09)
25. X'
You are in major need of antipsychotic tranquilizers to cure your delusions. The next round will see Lebanon obliterated along with Syria and iran. Your country is about to become flat, black, lifeless and glowing in the dark for the next 10,000 years. Hope you enjoy your 72 virgins.
Mo   (11.10.09)
26. Salah #3
Salah you are an example of why your people are lacking in anything but stupidity. Instead of being a part of the human race you and your ilk crave for revenge and could give a damn about making any progress..You are a textbook example of why you and your people are LOSERS and don't deserve anything other than the misery you get for yourselves. Self destructive idiotsAll of you!
marvin ,   Northern California   (11.10.09)
27. Just nuke iran and lebanon at the same time and let the
world piss and moan and pass UN resolutions.
Bunnie Meyer ,   Los Angeles, CA USA   (11.10.09)
28. I told that I don't speak Spanish
when my mother tongue is Arabic
Marco El Puerco,Puta ,   MadreImperio Español   (11.10.09)
29. It doesn't matter who attacks first.
In the end, their will be dead civillians on both sides (with more civillian casualties on the Lebanese side). If only their could be peace...
Addle ,   Toronto   (11.10.09)
30. lot of rubbish. It is the opposite case.
Israel wants a quiet secure border, to be left alone. Hezbollah's wholel reason to be is "resistance" against Israel without which it cannot justify it's existance and arms. Many Lebanese would like peace and secure borders too but Hezbollah is fighting for it's right to attack Israel. Until such is resolved by Lebanese within Lebanon, Israel can never have secure and quiet borders with no fear of rockets attacks.
