Yeah, this one was likely just an accident - stuff happens - but I don't shed a tear when low-lives bite the dust. Others suggest a bit of derring-do.
It might be an explosion on a North Korean weapons train, a "mishap" in Syria when they tested loading chemical weapons on missiles, the crash of an Iranian plan carrying leading members of the IRGC, or an explosion at an Iranian nuclear site involving smuggled - but deliberately flawed - parts. They're all cause to be thankful.
