It is right to deport illegals,but it is also right to close yeshivot or have their governamental fundings cut. All jews must go to army and have the same rights,specially in Israel. It is not mentioned in jewish scriptures that jewish men must not fight for the nation. Rabbis became a mafia destroying Israel and that's since the first temple period and subsequent destruction as a consequence. Young jews willing to study Torah should do it in the army ,teaching Torah to other jews or waiting for the end of their duty do so, and by their own expenses. No religious in Israel should have governamental subsidies. That's have been maybe the biggest cause of Israel's main problems.

Of course they will use children as an insurance policy against deportation if these 1200 are allowed to stay. There are thousands if illegal foreign labourers in Israel today if they let these 1200 kids stay they will take notice and see that a precident has been set. If they want to be guaranteed that they wlll never be deported all they need to do is have a child. When imigration catch up to them they say look I have a child you cant deport me and they will be right. The government has two options here if they want to be sure this is not going to happen. 1) Deport these 1200 kids with their parents which should be the first choice and say you can't hide behind children to stay in Israel. 2) Pass legislation saying these 1200 can stay but its a one off goodwill gesture after this batch any others no matter who they are or how long they have been here will get deported no more gestures. The foreigners, the humanitarians and the courts all need to know this was a one off gesture that will never be repeated. If we don't then Israel will become a safe heaven for economic migrants and its going to destroy the economy, the culture and idea of a jewish state. Governments must base their policies on whats the responsible thng to do not whats the nice thing to do.

The children are the pawns in this unfortunate game the illegals are insisting on playing and whilst there is obvious sympathy for their plight their parents must not be rewarded for breaking the law. Every few years we are faced with the same issues and the same faces flood our screens and newspapers and the same left wing do gooders appear - people that want to reward law breakers If we dont deport them they are going to show that breaking Israeli laws pays and then we are faced with the next group and then the next group THEY MUST GO

Judaism is the unique and most beautiful filosophy ever existed.It is G-d's word and it is indeed.The problem is how some "religious"hold it unrightfully.They should spread judaism all over Israel as one spreads the most exquisite parfum all over. The problem is that these religious are selfish and injust and use the Torah that belong to all only in their own benefit.That's the real problem. And the only truthful Torah is the orthodox, that these men hold in an unrightfull way.
