The League of Nations granted all the land between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean, and all of what is now called Jordan to be the homeland for the Jewish people. Britain was placed in charge of this land until such time as this homeland was created. They illegally severed the land east of the Jordan and gave it to the Hashemites. The remainder belongs to the Jewish people. The Arabs didn't claim Yehuda and Shomron in 1947. It was illegally occupied in 1948 by Jordan. No Arab state was created between 1947 and 1967. The settlers have no rights to build within the West Bank, especially on private property belonging to the Indigenous population. As for East Jerusalem, the Israelis changed the boundaries of what was once Jerusalem to encompass Palestinian neighborhoods to give themselves the so-called 'right' to bring them under Israeli control. As for the old idea of the League of Nations Mandate, nowhere in the mandate were private property rights derogated in favor of the Jews. And nowhere did it mention the idea of a 'Jewish' state.
