1. What Dignity Means Your Majesty
The same man who ruined Egypt with his police state policies and unilateral bogus "peace agreements" is coming to talk about Egyptian dignity?
Dignity, your Majesty, is having the right to vote. It's knowing your vote counts.
Dignity is having something to eat at night.
Dignity is the right to walk on a rubbish-free sidewalk.
Dignity is the right to express yourself without fear of imprisonment.
Dignity huh? My foot. You stink, and your proposal for defacto monarchy met stiff resistance from the few consciensious Egyptians left.
Take your bitterness and sleep on it Mubarak. You have caused Egypt, once the pride of the Arabs to become a banana republic in less than 30 years.
Hooligans can be punished with the law, but Egypt is a lawless nation where a corrupt few have stolen the hopes and aspirations of millions.

Wrong. It was your hero Nasser who ruined Egypt and forced 80,000 Egyptian Jews to leave; half to Israel.

4. Egypt gets what it deserves!
To #1 Nour your lightbulb needs changing - first it is not Palestine it is Israel unless you reside in one of the 8 states in the US that has the village or township called Palestine. Second, it was your heroes Nasser and Sadat that allowed Haji al Husseini to thrive and bring the Nazis a place to become partners with the Muslim Brotherhood which is what most "PA/Hamass" residents are members of. If israel will only do what your heroes have done without any outside country complained and deported the enemies within -- there will finally be peace in the region instead of pieces. Israel has had enough of appeasers as leaders and it is time for leaders with a backbone -- Rabbi Meir kahane z'l" was so right. You had everything handed on a silver tray and you stole the tray and made it into rockets against those who gae you human rights. No More Appeasement!

we have to trust . Those are the kind of people those "human rights groups" defend against a democracy . People who attack the players and supporters of another nation even BEFORE the game .
When will you , Human rights groups and NGO"s see with what kind of people we have to deal ?

10. Mubarak talks about dignity... lol
Dignity is a concept that Mubarak does not comprehend.
Dignity means opening the Rafah crossing into Gazza.
Dignity means providing democracy to the Egyptian people.
Dignity means providing the Egyptian masses with employment and a proper education.
Dignity means fighting poverty.
Dignity means following in the footsteps of Hassan Nasrallah.

11. It is the quality of cowards
Yes Nour I agree with you.
I wonder how Hosni Mubarak got to talk about dignity ( as though he has something like this). Your majesty demand dignity only when it depends on Arab people, though you are on the lowest scale of the arabs. Would you react the same if Germany, South Korea or even Nigeria beat Egypt. You tone is so high only because you are dealing with Arabs like you, this is the quality of cowards, your majesty.

Nour ! If the people of Egypt would have real free elections, the Muslim brothehood would win easily, and like the palestinians in Gaza, they too would have a lot of dignity and empty stomachs, with the exeption of the fat cats at the top,in Gaza and Iraq the government was elected democratically, but what good are free elections, when Sharia is the law of the land,Democracy works only when Demoracy is accompanied with an independent secular judicial sistem, that has the final word,it is impossible to jump from the dark ages to the voting booth,if you ask an Egyptian or any other Arab what is his main problem the answer will be:Israel, because when an Arab thinks about Israel all his prolems are gone, ask an Egyptian about brown Muslims killing black Muslims in Sudan,he will shrug his shoulders,Stalin ruled over Russia with the help of "enemies"so do the Mullahs in Iran, and Binladen recruits illiterates to fight the infidels, and reconquer Andelus,as long Islam doesn't produce heretics or reformers, elections are usless.

You scold Mubarak for having no democracy, and then you tell him to follow the steps of Nasrallah. Well Marco, enlighten me please, when has Nasrallah ever suggested that he supports a democracy for the Lebanese people?
Is lynching people for suspicion of collaboration, or forcing them at gun point to be your human shield - a part of this "democracy"?

If this was an event that happend between Germany and France Soccer match, or England and Argentina, it would be understandable, but between two Arab Countries that have never been at war, this is really silly and childish.
That is why there will never be a common currency among arabic speaking countries like the EU, Even the smallest Football match stirrs political distress among countries, very sad indeed...

24. Egypt's Dignity
Nour you are so biased, all of you! You say Mubarak has no democracy, I can stand in down town cairo and shout out something against Mubarak and no one would care. Go to syria or Jordan or Iran or any other gulf country and try doing that. You would get killed! but only because Iran and Syria put on an act of "We care" then they have a good democratic government. If Syria and Iran and other arabs including the Gulf and Algeria cared about Palestine, why don't they attack Israel? why don't they free Palestine? but when it comes to Egyptians then they are required to do whatever it takes. We are Hungry, dirty and weak because of Palestine! because of the wars we have been through to Free Palestine! 1948? and then the west got pissed and attacked us in 1956? and then 1967 and 1973. All these Wars were a result of Egypt trying to help Palestine. When Palestinians around the world start caring about their homeland then Egyptians might care, because personally I couldn't care less. As a 21 year old Egyptian, I love Egypt and I love Hosni Mubarak for being a wise leader. If I would vote I would vote for him, and his son Gamal to be his follower as President. I would never vote for the Muslim Brotherhood, I'm a muslim but for the sake of my country and fellow chirstian brothers in Egypt, I would never vote for such a biased party that would call for jihad for the palestinian people. Arabs need to help themselves before seeking help from others.

25. egyptien press
egypt is the birth place of islamic radicalism and panarabism as well and it was transferred to countries in north africa like algeria ..tunisia..and i beleive those countries as i remember when i was a kid (just after the algerian independance) and we were taught by egyptiens extremists the only thing they taught us was how to hate non-muslims and be a religion addicted person (proof algerian terrorists --formes at school by egyptiens) thankfully nowadays we imazighen or berbers we still have the memory and know who we are .the north african countries started to think differently then the arabic coutries ..i hope that this little text was informative and self explanatory about the egyptien president hatefull speach

26. #1 be careful about what you wish for!
Be grateful for having Mobarak. Iranians are jealous of you Egyptian people and curse themselves every day for fighting against their king and giving power to Ayatollas.
Ayatollas asked people to riot because they said the king was with Americans and he wasn't a good Moslem. They said he was not just and put people in jail for no reason and didn't let people vote. they lied in evey way.
when they came to power, Iran , once a super rich country, turned into a poverty-stricken country in spite of its oil reserves. All the money went to supporting terrorism around the world. and the Iraninan people go hungry today. ask you Arab frinds and they will tell you there are thousands on Iraninan Moslem girls, workind as prostitutes in Dubai and other Arab countries. Before Islamists came, they used to go to best universites in Europe, now they work as prostitutes. in streets you see Moslem prostitues every one. If the king gave Iranians a little freedom, Ayatollas took everything away and these days they kill people and rape female and male protestoers when they protest in the streets against all this injustice. They even say raping and sodomizing prisoners is one of the laws of Islam and should be done against thoes who are against politicians.
you have a choice. do you want your people to go hungry and live under Islamic brotherhood who will even rape your daughter and call it a religious obligation when they wish they want to? or maybe you just need to experience it so that you understand how it is. If you hate Israel becuase of your Arab racism or Islamic supermacy ideas and think that Arabs and Moslems have the right to do evil to Jews, your hatred will blind you to the point that you will support Muslim Brotherhood and will let them show you the real meaning of injustice, evil, hunger and suffering. you haven't seen much under Mobarak.

27. To 25
Losing a game is not the issue but attacking the Egyptians, Egyptians business in Algeria and the fans in Sudan was not justified. The Algerian president brother is trying to secure taking power in Algeria after his sick brother by creating issues regarding this game.
To Mr. 25 I think you don’t have to make stuff about Egypt. Saudi funded charity is the reason for the extremists group in North Africa. Really what your extremists did and still doing during this war is way more horrible than any other extremist group in history.

28. I'm entertained by your accusations!
So I'm a supporter of the Muslim Brotherhood now? What rubbish!
Just because I criticized Mubarak people on this forum (Israelis, Egypt imposters, and perhaps real Egyptians working for the police state) jump and accuse me of being a Muslim Brotherhood sympethizer?
I'm not even a practicing Muslim. I'm a secular and believe in democracy, REAL democracy, that includes functional and independent institutions, separation of powers, and popular policies.
And for that, I'm accused of being a biased Palestinian who doesn't care about Egypt or Egyptian sacrifices for my cause? You lie. Israelis cannot stand the prospect of popular momentum all around it, since that would accelerate justice and freedom for all.
Egypt will rise, through the ballot. A REAL democratic process, and if it brings the Brotherhood or Jihad, then so be it. It could take as few as 5 years, or it could take 25 years, but it WILL happen and make no mistake about it. Mubarak is just panicking his turf is losing grip.
Why should the West go through its own democratic experience (it took 180 years in the UK) and also decades in the US, but this should be denied to Arab countries? Is Arab society not entitled to its own experience, based on it its own identity and precedants?
Now who is biased?

Egypt did have a Hassan Nasrallah as a leader, his name was Jamal Abdul Naser, like Nasralah,he too subjugated his country to a foreign power, intoxicated with pan Arabism,he ruined Egypt, the only difference,Naser wished to rule the Muslim world, while Nasralah wishes that his masters, the Iranian Mullahs should rule the Muslims.
