Jewish group slams Brazilian president     Ynetnews
1. Almost ll intelectuals, media and people of Brasil
are slaming this visit. People say Lula in shooting the feet of all Brasilians by the hugely stupid alliances he has been attempting to make. Lula and Celso Amorim are 2 foolish people who are showing their illiteracy. Lula has been applauded for his intelligence despite his very humble origins and lack of studies, but when he acts this way he shows that his roots of ignorance and silliness are very present. He has been slamed for his stupidity in certain cases of his diplomacy in international sphere as his talks with chaves, armadinemonkey and that one of Libia.

2. Fool
Lula acted as a fool and in this way he must be treated.

5. To all TB'ers above
Lula is, was and will always be a drunken semi-illiterate fool. And, worst of all, a dangerous puppet in the hands of his party. Like every party and politician in Brazil, they are mere power-freaks who don't aim to improve people's lives, but to perpetuate the cycle of poverty and ignorance that constantly creates the manouverable and miserable crowd which is the Brazilian voter. Anyone over 18 y. o. who can 'draw' their name is considered literate and thus, a voter. Lula and his party are shooting our feet from day one of his mandate with corruption scandals, internal and external policies so dictatorial and unneffective that they would make Stalin blush. Regarding International affairs, this Government has been aligning himself to the most dangerous dictators of our time, silencing over genocides (like Darfur, to lick Muslim b*tt) and they pose as moderate, independent, while pledging for a seat at the UN Sec. Council. They say they are for peace, economic cooperation only, and will not take sides in the Middle Eastern conflict, so, Lula doesn't mind talking to Peres, Abbas and Ahmadinejad one after the other. To me, the side is taken.

6. To all TB'ers above (part II)
They say they are for peace, economic cooperation only, and will not take sides in the Middle Eastern conflict, so, Lula doesn't mind talking to Peres, Abbas and Ahmadinejad one after the other. To me, the side is taken. In my point of view, Peres was only invited in an attempt to numb the arguments of the Brazilian Jewish community, and the Brazilians in general, regarding Lula's love relationship with the most anti-semite champions of the Muslim world and of the dictatorial left (Chaves, Zelaya), which have, by their turn, long fell in love with each other. Nowadays, you read leftist propaganda in Brazilian universities and you see raw nazi old antissemitism masked as solidarity to Palestine.

7. Simon Wiesenthal Center, always there when it's needed!!!!
A member of the Center since 2005, I give my contributions with pride and satisfaction, for they are one of the most active Jewish organizations today! Kudos to Rabbi Cooper, Shimon Samuels and Sergio Widder, SWC board and staff can always be counted on to make a difference! Ahmadinejad's visit to Brazil filled most of us with disgust and brought with it echoes of the infamous Munich events, back in 1938. I hope that the few Jewish supporters of Lula and his party, the PT, will promptly reconsider their position in the light of the latest developments. Lula's foreign policy is pathetic, a shame for all lucid and well meaning Brazilians!!!!

8. Although the brazilian government said
Brazil supports Israel and it condemns the anti-semitic attitude of the iranian president,it's shameful for us to welcome such a dictator, who hates not only the jews, but also opresses the womens, the dissidents and the gay people. As a brazilian jewish myself,I'm disgusted with his visit.

11. Oi Flavio!
Thank you for the eulogy;it is always very encouraging listening good words. I am here and there. My mother is 85 and it's me who is taking care of her in this moment and she can not leave Brasil for many reasons-family,heath...,thus,unfortunately ,I have been needing to postpone my wishes to be in Israel once and for all. But,everything has its own time, and I pray mine to be very, very soon. I am not eather very rich,I just need(and want) to fullfill my Tzedacah obligation and am trying to find the best and trustworthy places to do so. Thanks for the link. Kol tuv and always with G-d. Keren

12. zionists do not decide for Lula who he invites to Brazil !
President Lula can invite any leader he wants to brazil. this is purely his decision and no pro-apartheid zionist can open his/her mouth to say otherwise. brazil is now a superpower and israel is now a pariah!
brazilian ,   sao paolo   (11.26.09)
13. Lula want Brazil to be neutral, maybe that a crime in Israel
Neutral is the best place to be to make high profits then you can buy and sell to both sides. Maybe the US will relearn this to help with the poor economy and high unemployment.
Bloodyscot ,   Dallas, Texas   (11.27.09)
14. And who is GAZA DENIER ?
Being in denial of Gaza human rights abuses by Israel is more relevant in this age than going on about Holocaust denial. At least the Nazi's faced justice after the war and we have yet to see any trials in relation to Gaza. No one in their right mind "denies" the holocaust what they dispute is the actual death toll. The flagrant denial of Gaza is disgusting and an affront to all people who live by the rule of law.
