1. Bibi has disgraced and disqualified himself
Ruri   (11.25.09)
Off to a retirement home for the slightly mad, along with Barak and Peres.
2. Efrat Weiss is an extreme leftist
Ruri   (11.25.09)
name-calling can go two ways, and there are a lot more decent people than left-wing extremist journalist dogs out there. (apology to dogs).
3. Marzel is a weenie....
Andy ,   ramat hasharon   (11.25.09)
this is a good move by Bibi.

Gee ,   Zikron Yaakov   (11.25.09)
He is a total idiot.

Steven ,   San Francisco   (11.25.09)
Those who betray their followers, the people who put them in positions of power do not deserve to remain in power and their memory does not deserve to be honored.
6. :: United you stand...
Matty Groves ,   Fairport   (11.25.09)
Gosh they really are snapping at each other’s throats. You’d think that at such a juncture in Israeli history that they would be more ‘united and supportive’ of each other?!
7. freeze for ever
John de Frece ,   Ramat Gan   (11.25.09)
the only thing wrong in the PM's decision is that it should be a settlement freeze for 10 years not 10 months! 2 peoples 2 States NOW
8. John de Frece, I agree, but Bibi forgot something...
BBSNews ,   Charlotte, NC   (11.25.09)
...East Jerusalem, the future capital of Palestine. And it's not really a freeze, because construction already underway will continue. And many people on the ground have attested that Israeli authorities are so lax that any freeze in a practical sense wouldn't have much of an effect anyway... And of course, it does absolutely nothing for Mahmoud Abbas. In fact, it simply strengthens the hand of Hamas, who apparently is on the cusp of a prisoner release as well. Abbas gets stuck again with absolutely nothing for being a credible negotiating partner because how do you negotiate the division of a pizza while the other side is eating the pizza? It's a joke offer, and the MK's who are blustering above won't bring down the government because they know Abu Mazen cannot possibly accept it; to do so would be to accept total defeat for the Palestinian cause. This is just a move by Bibi to position himself as a statesman, when he's made nothing but a petty unacceptable offer. One that strengthens the extremists once again, just like the Gaza Disengagement and ever since. Israel has done everything in its power to keep Palestinians divided and in disarray.and by strengthening Hamas it works both to prevent any unity within the occupied territories even as it gives something for Israel to point to and say "look at those 'terrorists' daring to throw rocks at us for taking their land'.
9. Well duh?!? A politician broke an election promise? Oy Vay!!
JPS ,   Efrat   (11.26.09)
Funny how some right wing talkbackers have no concept of political life. They are apolplectic over Bibi's latest attempt to make peace and go against their wishes. Of course he broke a campaign promse! He's a politician, you idiots!
10. 3 and 7 are the same
Joe Klien ,   USA   (11.26.09)
3 and 7 are the same person obviously done by a foreigner in either another country or by a government to influence opinion.
11. Ha Ha they voted for BB
Avi ,   Israel   (11.26.09)
What a bunch of losers, they voted for BB out of hatred for Olmert , Naturally BB told them what they wanted to hear and now they are surprised that BB betrays them. They deserve it !
12. # 10
Birdi ,   Israel   (11.28.09)
# 3 is in Ramat Hasharon. # 7 is in Ramat Gan. Both are areas in central Israel.
