Israeli traveler missing in Colombia-Peru area    Hagai Einav
1. If you are with friends, then stay with them
It seems like this happens when one or two leave a group of friends and travel alone.

2. It is necessary for Israelis who travel to have a second
passport that does not identify them as Israelis or Jews since there are a lot of places where that puts the Israeli/Jew in peril. Israelis are rightly proud of being Jewish and Israeli but covering that identity is often necessary in some parts of the world. South America is becoming a Muslim terrorist stronghold in many ways with the home base of terrorist operations in Venezuela.

3. A NEW HOSTAGE ???.
KIDNAPPED ON ORDER FROM CHAVEZ IN VENEZUELA ???. LET US WAIT AND SEE IF ANY DEMANDS COME FROM ANYWHERE. Arn-Orao.

4. If abuction who is behind?
If Omri has been abducted, it is certainly buy the FARC. Leticia is close to Brazil and it's been a FARC stronghold for many years. It's true that Chavez and the FARC have strong relationships but remember that Colombia used to be the world capital of kidnappings and thanks to president Alvaro Uribe, it losts this title. Also you have to remember that 4 Israelis were abducted with 2 Brits one German (girl) , one Spaniard( Basque) by the other guerrillas the ELN in northern Colombia in October 2003 and after german negotiations the 4 Israelis and the Brit left (the first Brit escaped, the German girl and the Basque were released the first released) were released just before December 25 2003 after 3 months of captivity and a generous ransom. I happened to meet the hostages at the Bogota airport on December 26 th on their way back to Israel.
