Well first of all, Goldstone wouldn't hide any criminals. The second an IDF soldier is truthfully found of committing war crimes is the second they get demoted. Next, Goldstone would avoid bombing entire neighborhoods or schools or hospitals but rather stick to actual stragetic targets rather then "civillian" ones. Next, he would limit the amount of confrontation between militants and soldiers. Obviously the more militants you go up against, the more dead civilians result out of it.

If you would have actually researched all the reports about Cast lead, and there are dozens, you would have realized how much of it is hearsay and there are dozens of straight up lies also. Not to mention the peope and orgs involved in the reports. Names quoted of people who have been shown on Hamas TV as armed fighters. But Goldstone sees them as civilians. for example Israel did not even enter Gaza city and the Hamas leadership was hiding in a Israeli created bunker under the hospital and inside the hospital because they knew Israel would never bomb it. Maybe they should be wearing uniform.

If you go to the casualty figures during cast lead and go by age/sex there is an interesting analogy. From baby to a child the numbers are small and male female similar figures. As the age goes up especially once teens you see the differentiation between male and female. Once its Adults most are males. Can you think of an army which has fought a war more moral then Israel does, with an explanation of course anyone can name a battle.
