There seems to be a whole lot of anti Islam setiment growing too, so if Hashem is on vacation maybe Allah went with him.

"Dismantling" is deffinitely not "smashing", as in the title of the article. It's always good to use words in their proper meaning.
33. #17 That's an important comment.Wow!

We could not pass without this jewel!
34. Diplomatic relations with Moldavia should be severed..
Alexander ,   Tel Aviv, Israel   (12.14.09)
..immediately! Kick the Moldovian Embassador out of Israel and sever all diplomatic, political and economic ties with Moldovia. Bring Moldovia before International law. All Orthodox churches in Israel should be flattened to the ground. Throw out Orthodox priests from Israel. Enough is enough.

I live in Holland and I can tell you that there has been a 100% raise in antisemitism(not that it never existed). In Rotterdam, sometime ago,I saw a bunch of teen's actually wearing the palestinian scarf. It's becoming more and more famous among europeans.
38. I'm Outraged
Christy ,   Boston, MA   (12.15.09)
As a Christian, I'm outraged that people would do such a thing. To me, it doesn't look at all like the Christianity I know. It looks like some sort of weird nationalism/regionalism operating under the guise of Christianity. One of the worse things that ever happened to Christianity was when it was made a state religion. As a state religion people are 'Christians' for many reasons, not all of which reflect Biblical Christianity.

41. The photo
peter ,   richmond, va, usa   (12.15.09)
Why is this piece illustrated with a photo of menorah in front of PKiN in Warsaw, Poland? Yeah, I know it's all Europe, but as far as I know menorah violation never happened in Warsaw, Poland. Such a liberty in choosing a photo to illustrate a troubling news may inadvertently create a wrong impression in the reader's mind, therefore I think it is only appropriate to remove this particular photo. Thanks. Peter

Or is that Comrade? I', glad you agree that is was shameful that the menorah was molested at all. Since that is the part you are not quibbling about, that means you agree that this whole affair was hugely anti-Jewish and a harbinger of new pograms to come. The question is, which side are you on: For the Jews or against the Jews?

<> Mr. Eminon (or is it Emoticon?), the only side I am on is factual reporting, done without unnecessary verbal gimmicks and tabloid-like exaggeration. Reporting, as in: http://tinyurl.com/ag7oor No bashings and no harbingers of pograms (?) to come there. Just dry facts. BTW: I'd like to know the contents of the priest's speech. THAT + the video would give the reader true insight into what the whole happening was about.

Had Jesus come to the spot of the Menorah and the cross, what would Jesus embrace, the Menorah or the cross ?
50. Not all like that
David ,   Manitoba, Canada   (12.16.09)
I'm a Christian, and I support the Jewish state of Israel. But, I only see an increased problem with calling all Jews to Israel. All you are doing is lessening your supporting presence in those countries. Many Jews in the west are in prominent positions and have influence among the people.
