1. Actually ,these are wrong premises.
Keren ,   IL-BR   (12.22.09)
There shouldn't be any "price",in the first place. Gilad was kidnapped and made prisioner.Gilad was rightufuly working in his jurisdiction and he was not even in enemies'territory. So,to all this conversation has been given a certain air of legitimacy among parts that is not real nor true. Gilad must bad been taken back since the first day, without any conversation.
2. MINISTER BARAK DOESNT SAY ANYTHING NEW ! WHY YOU MAKE ...

ghostq   (12.22.09)
need to think on the future, think what is going to happend when those bloody murderers with so much blood on their hands will released. they will continue their activities, there is a reason y they r behind bars. as much as I want to see Gilad free, would he be able to live with himself knowing that one terrorist who got released return to kill again. is the Family of Gilad shalit is willing to face futur mothers who lost their son cause of terrorist attack. I think they r in catch 22.
4. # 3 ! IS IT ME OR MINISTER BARAK ?

If, as has been reported in other news sources, the cabinet has indeed approved the release of Marwan Barghouti-- a serial murderer the crimes of which very few serial killers can match in depravity or extent-- then an unreasonable price has already been paid. The thought expressed by Barak is a reasonable one, but unfortunately it doesn't match his actions. As much I myself would admittedly love to say that Barak is "finally making sense"-- in fulfillment of what I believe is a deep-seated wish of the Israeli right (to agree with a prominent member of the Israeli left, that is), I can't. The perfidious fool is wrong. No consideration of proportion or reasonability was made on his part.
6. to #5 damn all Baraks r the same
ghostq   (12.22.09)
say nice words with no content, they should be given the boot(the Israeli one and the american one), actually I believe you more than any left Israeli winger. they live in fantasy world.
7. to #4 no it's just you.

8. We Need Courageous Leadership
Roy Chweidan ,   Netanya   (12.22.09)
1. We must free Gilad immediately even at any price. Otherwise we destroy our ethos of NEVER abandoning any soldier. Our soldiers will stop feeling that our country is worth dying for. Tsahal is capable of handling anything that any freed terrorist can throw at us. 2. We must immediately implement the death sentence for all terrorists with blood on their hands. 3. We must advise the whole world in advance that any increase in terrorism due to freed terrorists will be met with a massive retalliation. What on earth has happened to our leadership ? Bibi, Begin, Yaalon , Barak you all shame us. We are a strong and courageous and proud people with a heroic history and you lead us with cowardice. Either wake up or resign Roy Chweidan, Netanya
9. Trade Barak for Gilad
