Rabbi Yeshua said there would be people still alive when he comes as the Lion of Judah who were alive when he was on earth over 2000 years ago. Who was Joseph of Arimathea? He was the brother of Miriam, the mother of Rabbi Yeshua who adopted Yeshua after Joseph the Carpenter died. Joseph of Arimathea had the throne seat on the Sanhedrin. The Bible said the Throne of Judah would not pass away before the Lion of Judah comes and takes the throne forever. Joseph of Arimathea was the religious, genetic King of Judah while King Herod was a usurper appointed by the Romans. Why are there no photos of Ariel Sharon as he looks now? Is it because he is no longer an old man but is young again? Whoever Ariel Sharon is I would swear he is the same person or 99 per cent similar to King David as is Rabbi Yeshua and Joseph of Arimathea.

Tom who had flaming curly red hair like the comedian Carrot Top. We used to chip away at the walls and pull pottery out of the walls to put in our rooms. Who knows how old the pottery was. I left all of my tools for my ten speed up above one of the walls, or doorways, up high on the same side as the bathroom in the living quarters area. They might be still up above rusting. Box knifes and tools in a bag and sitting up above. The tower above Davids Tomb was a favorite place to hang out at night with friends. The stone stairs winding all the way up. I never to David's Tomb(but I know David is a great man in Israeli history, David star in the flag) I just read this article,and saw the picture (guestroom), is it open to the visitors in the future?

I would like to draw everyone's attention that the whole of the Nabi Daoud compund belongs to the Dajani family and was stolen from them in 1948. The Dajani family are the custodians of David's tomb since hundreds of years.

It seems to me that many years ago there was an article in BAR magazine which reported the discovery of inscriptions on the interior walls of this building raising the possibility that it had been the site of a very early Christian Church. Has any more investigation taken place about this? I'd be interested in hearing.

The Dajani family claims ownership "since hundreds of years..." . ? .Why don't people, instead of feeking sorry for the victims of theft, go a bit into the history of the different "stolen sites". And by the way, what about all the property of Jews that was stolen by Jordanians and other Arabs/Palestinians, who bemoans their loss? The story has two sides to it ! The complex holding The Tomb of David as well as The Upper Room, was the original home of the Franciscan Order, till the 16th (or 15th) century when they were expelled by the Moslems, as were many other sites and taken oveer by the Moslems.
