I don't recall reading any part of the Goldstone report where Goldstone made the claim as to who "won" or "lost" the war. I do remember reading his report about claims based on Hamas reports (against Israel) and heavy accusations of war crimes based on conjecture and non-contextual facts. I do remember him admitting that absolutely NONE of his claims are based on any real legal basis that would hold up in any court of law. I do remember watching him sleep as Israelis gave their testimony. But I don't remember him making the claim of who won. "You are entitled to your own opinion, but not your own facts"
