An American peace plan would give most or all of East Jerusalem to the Palestinians. This would be unacceptable to Israel. It would give a limited number of Palestinian refugees entrance to Israel. The limited number would be unacceptable to the Palestinians. Palestinians also want all concessions on a silver platter without having to accept a Jewish-majority Israel because they aim to overturn the Jewish majority there. So, there is really no imposed deal possible. There would be no cooperation.

Mostly those who opose Obama are racists and they couch their racism in all kinds of excuses but at the core it is racism. The democratic party has lost support but Obama enjoys his lowest level of support ever. At fifty percent approval he will be soundly reelected. The democrats are in trouble but they should be for being such idiots. The republicans are in far worse shape. The American electorate is getting more educated and more socially liberal. Massachusettes elected a republican senator who is proabortion and far more liberal then virtually any other democrat in the senate. He also has experience with fashioning mass healthcare which is far more comprehensive then the current plans. The mainstream republican party hates him. Beck and limbaugh oppose him.
