Great, nothing to hide so why not abide. If everyithig that was done was within the realms of international law then we have nothing to hide, if on the other hand .............................then we have everything to hide. Why do we fear to divulge our truth? Those responsible should step foward and defend our honour, better now than later.

wish she left Kadima high and dry and joined the one of the rightwing political parties where she could be really useful to Israel. Although I am a member of Yisrael Beiteinu, I also believe that Ms. Livni possesses a good deal of integrity. She was once a member of the IDF and then worked in Israeli security. When she was appeasement oriented, as Olmert's associate, apologizing for Israel, she was at her worst.

6. Tzipi Livni is a very nervous woman...
BBSNews ,   Charlotte, NC   (01.31.10)
...with obvious good reason. And that bit about the IDF being "the most moral" - awww I can't even write it - it is such an obvious lie. Those of us that watched it unfold live know what happened, and Livni should well be nervous. Millions around the world saw live what Olmert, Livni and Barak did to win an election. The Goldstone Report will still be in the headlines in ten years if Israel never accepts responsibility, that is, if Israel lasts that long...
7. Pot calling kettle black
Barry Norman ,   Tel Aviv, Israel   (01.31.10)
Livni was the one who denied there was an humanitarian crisis in Gaza and then demanded that the IDF destroy Hamas in a context which would only worsen that crisis she denied existed. Now she wants to avoid an investigation that would prove the IDF is at least accountable to the nation it serves. The claim that the IDF is the most moral army is in question. Rather than blindly saying it is and rejecting any questions, the IDF should be strong enough to face and answer questions. The more those remain unanswered, the more the perception persists that the IDF has something to hide.

I agree with Livni but had she been PM she would have done all that the International community wanted her to do quicker than "a blink" and there would have been as many enquiries as the UN and Co wanted.
