If this is Israel's doing, which seems the most likely at this point, it is yet another embarrassing moment for Mossad. Just the fact that so many operatives would be caught on tape doing this is a major blow to operational capabilities and most likely puts those agents at risk.

While I'd like to believe the Dubai Police are credible, if this is a frame up, it could go much deeper than first thought and they (Western govts, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, etc.) could be blocking real inquiry. There are many people who hate this guy, not just Israel. True Noa, Israelis are not allowed in Dubai. The team of assassins were using foreign(forged) passposts, not Israeli passports. The names & numbers on each passport did not match the person who travelled on the passport. Hence stollen identities. True that someone had to know the layout of the hotel.

c'mon guys lets be realistic here. Hezbollah and Hamas are killing us, literally! If we can stem the tide of their evil ways by precision operations then so be it.
