They haven't taken care of any of the religious sites (or land) that they are occupying. Why should they be upset when Israel says "Hey these are historic and religious sites - let's take care and preserve them".

Jewish holy sites are 'multi-religion' because Christians believe in what they call the "old Testament"--which is basically the Jewish Bible and Moslems believe that they are the final religion and the important people from both Judaism and Christianity are prophets for THEIR religion. Thus while Christians can acknowledge these sites as being Jewish, albeit something they are interested in, Moslems view Judaism ( and Christianity) as out of date religions that must be replaced ( world wide) by their 'true" religion. In other words, there is no room in their belief system for anyone who believes differently than they do.
