YOu reap what you sow! Leave the temple mount alone or else dont complain about the rocks that lands on the zionists heads
2. Are the Palestinians native to the land where Israel is now
David Basch   (02.28.10)
"The fact is that today's Palestinians are immigrants from the surrounding nations! I grew up well knowing the history and origins of today's Palestinians as being from Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Christians from Greece, Muslim Sherkas from Russia, Muslims from Bosnia, and the Jordanians next door. The civil and tribal wars between Yemmenites (from Yemen) and Kessites (from Banu Kais of Saudi Arabia) ... are well known among Palestinians. "My grandfather, who was a dignitary in Bethlehem, almost lost his life by Abdul Qader Al-Husseni (the leader of the Palestinian revolution) after being accused of selling land to Jews. He used to tell us that his village Beit Sahur (The Shepherds Fields) in Bethlehem County was empty before his father settled in the area with six other families. The town has now grown to 30,000 inhabitants." - Walid, a Palestinian Arab defector, talking about the recent immigration of Arabs to Palestine. quoted from "Answering Islam" The current PLO and Arab claim (and mainstream media regurgitation of it) is indeed a very distorted version of `recorded history' and can only qualify as pure Orwellian propaganda. In fact, putting aside all the myths and propaganda, the only area that would qualify historically as truly Arab land, is the Arabian desert peninsula. Unfortunately, it seems that Goebbels was correct in stating that if a lie were repeated often enough, it would come to be "perceived" as truth. No doubt, some Arabs have lived in the area of the Mandate of Palestine for many centuries, but not as many of them as had the Jews. What is more, Jews had lived in Arab lands since times preceding Islam itself. And yet, these Jews in Arab lands were never regarded as citizens of the Arab lands they lived in and were unceremoniously expelled in the years subsequent to Israel's establishment. In other words, residency alone did not confer national rights on those who inhabited an area. Nor did it make a people out of congeries of Arabs and other nationalities that had come to the area of the Mandate of Palestine while the Jewish people were restricted. The nations of the world recognized this after World War I when the League of Nations determined that the geographical area called Palestine was to become a homeland for the Jewish people, the people that had been continuously associated with this land since ancient times when it was known as Judea and Samaria. http://www.peacefaq.com/palestinians.html

6. Close it down
Carl   (02.28.10)
The time has come to lock the gates to the temple mount and not let it be used for Moslem worship anymore. It is a flashpoint for violence and should have been closed years ago.
7. Seems Like The Arabs Want Another Clobbering
Reuven Brauner ,   Raanana, Israel   (02.28.10)
Here we go again. Every few years, the Arabs start up again with their nonsense. Solution? As always, a good clobbering. These stupid people just bring misery upon misery upon themselves. They will never learn. Happy Purim,
8. and to female worshipers of all ages
observer   (02.28.10)
In the beginning of the year 2006, Women of Gaza feared for their freedoms under new religious regime. On November 2006, two women were killed as Israeli troops opened fire on a crowd of women gathered in "human shield" to help besieged gunmen flee a mosque in Beit Hanoun in northern Gaza.

10. when there's no war, arabs make one
fuzz   (02.28.10)
everytime the islamic leaders want to make a chaos, they come up with things like 'the jews want to hurt the mosque', the al-aqsa mosque control was never taken from the wakf by Israel and Israel has never hurt that mosque, so all the islamic bullshit about protecting the mosque is propoganda meant to encourage violence.
11. If it is not safe for us to worship
Hammoud ,   Gaza, Palestine   (02.28.10)
It will never be safe for you to continue your occupation of our land, being it in Haifa, Yafa, Lod or al-Quds. This is our home and we know no other while a Carl and an Alex sure who immigrated here can go back to where the @#$! they came from.
12. To: No. 11
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (02.28.10)
First of all, you are the interlopers, and can go back to where YOU came from --- that would be Hejaz in the Arabian desert. Get it? Arabs? Arabia? Jews? Judea? Did you know that Israel has had a dual identity for over five thousand years? Israel the country; Israel the people. Are you familiar with the Bible? G-d says to Jacob, "because you have battled adversity and emerged victorious, Jacob, thy name is Israel." And Jacob/Israel is the father of the twelve tribes. Hence we are both Israel the land and Israel the people. Best leave now, why wait to be thrown out? And we WILL throw you out, especially if you cannot work and play nicely.
13. correction
Israel Israeli ,   Tel Aviv   (02.28.10)
Riots did not "erupt". The Fatah leadership incited the youth to riot. Like always, the Arab leadership wants Arab youths to be killed so they can beg for more money to buy cars and jewelry for their wives.
14. To 11 if you mean by "worship" to riot and attempt murder...
A. Ackbar ,   Aliwood   (02.28.10)
well then yes, but hey if thats how you Muslim's worship...
15. Take back the keys
Yacov ,   Chicago   (02.28.10)
The Waqf has not business being in charge of Judaism's greatest national heritage site. Dayan had no right to hand over the keys to the Waqf. Take back the keys, return the Temple Mount to control of the State of Israel and her Jews. Jews do not control Mecca nor the Kabba, Arab Muslims should not control the Temple Mount.
16. To Hamud
Carl   (02.28.10)
Actually Hamud we used to live in Allepo Syria until a howling Moslem mob burned our house and the houses of the rest of the Jews. Where exactly do you want me to go back to?
17. they would not have entered had not stones being thrown at
JO   (02.28.10)
tourists and innocent visitors. There was no extremist group "trying" to enter the Temple mound complex. There is only one entrance to the Temple Mound for non Muslims, right beside the Western wall and highly visible. Citing a "possible" for the reason they throw stones is not good enough. Evidence is lacking and these men knew what they were doing- no one lives on the Temple Mount or stays there for days unless religious hermits.
18. It's all Biblical to me. Zechariah 12:6
Ken Quinn ,   Amsterdam   (02.28.10)
"In that day will I make the governors of Judah like an hearth of fire among the wood, and like a torch of fire in a sheaf; and they shall devour all the people round about, on the right hand and on the left: and Jerusalem shall be inhabited again in her own place, even in Jerusalem."
19. Everybody and their dog knows..

20. The thirst for conflict, destruction and blood by the...
Eitan ,   Qatzrin, Israel   (02.28.10)
...Muslim-Arabs is constant. They just seek the opportunity, regularly, to ensure that that need is met. Rationally, there is no reason what-so-ever for any riots, none! But we deal with people whose rationale is based on a different culture and one that is still based on 7th century thinking...!!
21. #11 That's right, it's our land, from river to sea!
Wael ,   Palestine   (02.28.10)
Those insecure Zionists are just jealous that their history in this region started a little over 60 years ago while our pride, Arab Palestine, has had an Arab majority and Muslim/Christian rule since millenia. Their lousy Kingdom of David lasted a mere 60 years (rings a bell?!?) before they were expelled by the mighty Romans. They killed Jesus, that's the only certain thing! PALESTINE FROM RIVER TO SEA. NO NEGOTIATIONS, NO CONCESSIONS, NO SURRENDER. NOT TODAY, NOT EVER! Arab heritage list 2010: Haifa, Akka, Ramle, Led, Nassra, Yafa, Bir-el-Sabe, Umm-Al-Fahm, Deir al Qassi, Tarsheeha. PALESTINE FROM RIVER TO SEA. The way it has always been. AMEN. PS. Don't like it? Go live in America, maybe they'll bail you out one last hime haha! Don't bet on it though, Arabs were the most consistent defenders of Jews you idiots!!!!!
22. Israel for Jews
Barney ,   USA   (02.28.10)
arab lands for arabs. that is the only way there will ever be peace. take the dome down from the mount.
23. #11 #21

You are saying very dangerous things. The indisputably correct Koran itself states that the land of Israel was given to the Jews. Do not hide behind fake names: give your real names and write that you believe what is written is false.

27. As for you (Solomon), if you walk before Me...
Norway   (02.28.10)
as your father David walked, and do according to all that I commanded you, and you keep My statutes and My ordinances. I shall set up the throne of your kingdom as I decreed to your father David, saying: You shall never lack a man ruling in Israel. But if you revert and forsake My statutes and My commandments, which I placed before you, and you go and worship strange gods and prostrate yourselves to them. I shall uproot them from upon My land, which I gave them, and this House, which I have consecrated for My name I shall cast from before Me, and I shall make it a proverb and a byword among all peoples.* *Just as it is written: ”But if you do not listen to Me and do not perform all these commandments, and if you despise My statutes and reject My ordinances, not performing any of My commandments, thereby breaking My covenant... I will lay your cities waste and make your holy places desolate,.. (Leviticus 26:14-15,31) And this House, which was exalted, every passerby will be astounded, and they will say: Why has the Lord done this to this country and to this Temple? And they will be told: Because they forsook the Lord, the God of their forefathers, Who took them out of the land of Egypt (Hosea 11:1-4), and they adopted strange gods and prostrated themselves to them and worshiped them; therefore, He brought upon them all this evil." 2 Chronicles 7:17-22, Deut. 29:21-28, 1 Kings 9:4-9 God concludes His revelation to Solomon with a warning that the durability of the House of David, the Temple and Israel 's possession of their land is conditional upon our observance of the Torah. And the glorious age of Solomon's international empire and Israelite cultural hegemony proved to be very short-lived indeed. ”And I shall afflict David's descendants because of this, but not for all times" (1 Kings 11:11-39), For in the days of the Messiah the kingdom will be restored to him. "...and upon the wing of detestable things shall be that which causeth appalment; and that until the extermination wholly determined be poured out upon that which causeth appalment.' Daniel 9:27 Although the place of the Temple is occupied by a center of idolatry, this will endure only until the decreed day of its destruction with the coming of Mashiah (Ezekiel 38:19-20, Zec. 14:4-5, Song of Songs 8:5, Dan. 12:2,13, Isaiah 26:19). Zechariah 8:20-23, 14:21, Isaiah 56:1-8, 60:6-7, Ezekiel 37:21-28, 34:23-31, Chs. 40-47, Isaiah 2:1-5, Micah 4:1-5, :indicates that the Temple Mount will anytime soon no longer be in the hands of aliens.
28. #21 Wael - Palestine is lost forever...
Joey Rose ,   Portland   (02.28.10)
and you're a perfect example of why it will never be recovered.
29. Should you not know that the Lord, the God of Israel,
Norway   (02.28.10)
gave the kingdom to David over Israel forever, to him and to his sons, with a covenant of salt? 2 Chr. 13:5, Numbers 18:19 God made an eternal covenant of salt with Aaron and his descendants As it is written: "and David's sons were chief ministers (priests, kohanim, כֹּהֲנִים). 2 Sam 8:18, Ex. 19:4-6, Isaiah 61:6-11 For so said the Lord: There shall not be cut off from David a man sitting on the throne of the house of Israel. And of the Levitic priests, there shall not be cut off from before Me a man offering up a burnt offering, or burning a meal-offering or performing a sacrifice for all time. Jeremiah 33:17-18 "I formed a covenant with My chosen one; I swore to David My servant. Until eternity, I shall establish your seed, and I shall build your throne for all generations forever." Psalm 89:4-5, 2 Samuel 7:12-17, 2 Chr. 21:7 "For the Lord has chosen Zion; He desired it for His habitation. This is My resting place forever; here I shall dwell for I desired it. And its priests I shall clothe with salvation, and its devout ones will sing praises." His enemies I shall clothe with shame, and upon him his crown will shine. Psalm 132:13-16,18, Ezekiel 43:7-9 And you shall speak to him, saying, "So said the Lord of Hosts, saying: Behold a man whose name is the Shoot (his greatness burgeoned little by little), who will spring up out of his place (from royal descent) and build the Temple of the Lord. And he shall build the Temple of the Lord, and he shall bear glory (of the kingship). And he shall sit and rule on his throne, and the (High) priest shall be on his throne. And a counsel of peace shall be between them both. Zechariah 6:12-13 Incline your ear and come to Me, hearken and your soul shall live, and I will make for you an everlasting covenant, the dependable mercies of David. Isaiah 55:3, Daniel 7:10, Ezekiel Ch. 37 "Listen to Me and you will merit to stand in the resurrection in the days of Mashiach" (Metzudas David ad loc.).
30. When they really want to hyrt people
Jackie ,   Florida, USA   (02.28.10)
Arabs "worshippping" atop the Temple Mount have a great opportunity which they often use to hurt, maim and even -- as they wish to do -- kill Jews who are praying at the Western Wall. I suffered a broken arm when I was last there from stones thrown down on those praying during Sukkot.
