The Temple Mount is Holy ground within the sovereign borders of Israel. Why are Muslims allowed in to riot without applying for visa`'s and receiving security checks?

Not a week goes by without some Israeli government provocation. The Second Infatada started because Ariel Sharon went to the Temple Mount to provoke Arabs. And Jewish mullahs are doing the same thing this time too. But maybe their actions are a cover? Maybe this is a designed provocation by the Israeli government to start a war with Lebanon and Syria and use it as an excuse to attack Iran. I think your government and most of the right wing kooks in your sad country are insane and maybe suicidal. They are determined to start WW3. Israel wants Jews to make aliyah but maybe intelligent Israelis need to start making plans to get off the sinking ship that is modern day Israel.

Replying to Dan - There are many Israeli Muslims (newsflash - Israeli Arabs also have Israeli citizenship!), so there's no reason they'd need visas. Also, Jerusalem Palestinians have Israeli identity cards and also wouldn't need visas. Everyone has to go through a security check on the way onto the Temple Mount, Jew, Arab, Muslim, Christian, tourist, etc.
6. #3: Israeli citizens don't need visas to go to JLem
Tobias   (03.15.10)
Dan, the muslims which are travelling to the tempel mount and which are mentioned in the article, are arab citizens of Israel. Thus, there's no reason for requiring visa in order to go to Jerusalem, of course. They come from within the Israel and stay inside Israel. So, as they are only travelling inside the territory of the State of Israel, there can't be any visa requirements or border controls .... but maybe some police controls, the article mentioned road blocks.
