1. We choose Eurovision songs like we choose peace processes
Israeli   (03.16.10)
Only we understand them and no one will appreciate this song. Another year coming in last.
2. eurovision
colin   (03.16.10)
Milim A song the political sick propose to be the choice of Israel Not Israeli choice. Will the song get to eightih place--OOPS error might get last place. Nothing pleasant or musical in the words or tune.Pity the waste of tax money
3. Beautiful
Hadassah ,   Jeruslaem, Isarel   (03.16.10)
Can someone please post a translation for those of us who are not fluent in Hebrew???
4. Why is it that w/SO much BEAUTIFUL music in Israel,U always
Arturo W. ,   Jacarepagua,Brasil   (03.16.10)
pick THE WORSE possible song (as of late) for Eurovision? Yearly it is beyond me. I am a fan of Harel Ska'at but I am sorry, this song sounds like EVERY other 'schlocky' song ever IGNORED @ Eurovision, year in, year out. Another opportunity for good 'P.R.' for Israel waisted on this.... it's sad, really. There should be a more democratic process @ picking the song for Israel whereby ONE vote per registered acct. holder gets tallied nationally, within Israel itself & internationally, by the Jewish Diaspora. It would add so much more to the fairness of the song choice. Please consider it, Thank You, Obrigado!
5. Someone tried to copy
Mon Dieu ,   Israel   (03.16.10)
'Tu te laisses aller' ( pardon my spelling, merci) of Charles Aznavour. Such a perfect song and perfect performer can not be copied or improved on. Bad mistake! Very bad.
6. With apologies
Correction   (03.16.10)
The french song that it is oh so similar to, is 'Ne me quittes pas'. This beautiful french song can also never be copied successfully by anyone. (It's not an Aznavour song.)
7. Eurovision song
Eleanor ,   London   (03.16.10)
Great choice. Beautiful song. It is reminiscent of Jacues Brel song. Anyone who says this song has no melody must be rather tone deaf.
8. to #5 you need to get out of the house more
ghostq   (03.16.10)
9. Milim - words
Fred Husby ,   Oslo, Norway   (03.16.10)
For us, not understanding what he sings, the title is a little bit confusing ;-) What about lyrics along with the video. Trying to repeat 1973? There was something with words back then too. Good luck to all of your entrepreneurs, even those who gets dirty! Fred
10. #8
douze points ,   Israel of course   (03.16.10)
#5#6#7 all said the same. One liked it, one didn't, which is exactly how it should be. May we suggest you broaden your horizons a little by learning a little french, a little hebrew, a bit more english too wouldn't hurt you, and then try to join the world, mon ami...
11. Beautiful, but not for Eurovision
Singer ,   Los Angeles   (03.16.10)
Of the 4 choices, Milim is the least likely to do well at Eurovision whose voters want high energy dancers, costumes and lighting effects. What will Skaat do on stage? Sit on a stool as if performing in a little French cabaret? Didn't anyone in Israel bother to study why Norway, Azerbaijan, Turkey and Iceland did so well last year? Israel would have had a chance to be in the top 10 with Lehitkarev, maybe even with Le'an. The judges (one in particular) blasted Lehitkarev and gushed over Milim. It was very obvious they were pushing for this song to win. Nevertheless, I wish Skaat and Israel b'hatzlacha and thank all of them for giving me a reason not to get excited about Eurovision this year. It kills me to see Israel, a country with exceptional musical talent, not do well in this contest.
12. to #10 only if it can provides me with
ghostq   (03.17.10)
personal enjoyment, been to paris, some franch women got temper. who knew.
13. milim
debbie ,   israel   (03.17.10)
This song, as pretty as it is, doesn't have a chance in a million of winning the Eurovision, or even getting a lot of points. Eurovision is all about sexy moves. sexy costumes, outrageous performances, and wierd songs. A solo by a soulful Israeli singer, just isn't going to make it. Where are the costumes, dances, and glitter, that are a part of Eurovision? This song is nice, but a boring performances.
14. I dafka like it.
Inyaki ,   Bilbao, Basque   (03.17.10)
Who cares about E. Vision. It is a complete crap lately. Look at italians, not even bother. At least it is a nice song, the rest irrelevant.
15. to 5, 6
Inyaki ,   Bilbao, Basque   (03.17.10)
It only reminds Brel's song. It also has a touch of Izhar Cohen's "Shalechet", but is sufficiently different from all
16. Won't win
(03.18.10)
The song is pretty and the singer talented, but this is not the kind of song which will win in Eurovision. It will most likely be among the losers, way down on the winners' list. Sorry.
17. to no. 16 : It has a chance
Mariah ,   Oslo, Norway   (03.18.10)
Prettier than many other songs I've heard competing in Eurovision earlier on, even though I don't understand all the words in the song.. I just hope the people voting will base it only on the song, not which country it's from or how the artists is dressed, so it can be a fair contest. And if anyone reading this post is going to Telenor Arena in Oslo as spectators .... I suggest starting early on with going to the arena... the road there is one of the most traffic jammed areas I know about around the West of Oslo.
18. More stomach churning embarrassment heading our way
Talula ,   Israel   (03.21.10)
19. Eurovision song competition
Walter ,   Los Angeles ,USA   (03.26.10)
Unfortunately, the type of song that you have chosen to be presented for the competition are not winning the competition. My recommendation also concerns the presentation of Mr. Skaat - he has a very dramatic delivery, however, his posture is very unappealing . He needs some coaching in stage presentation. Walter
