31. #4 - Even I'm shocked at your racist bias
William ,   Israel   (03.19.10)
"Palestine Heritage Touristic Holy sites" You're referring to the Cave in Hebron, the same that Jews reverred for several thousand years. Now Muslims show up 1400 years ago, steal it, and you claim it was their heritage site. Do you also claim Native Indian sites in Canada are really YOUR heritage sites, since you're in the business of historical revisionism?
32. #15 - Gazans use their own children, not Thais
William ,   Israel   (03.19.10)
and yet you place the blame on Israel when Gazans use human shields. Sick.
33. #16 - Israel showed 8 years of restraint
William ,   Israel   (03.19.10)
and then finally dealt a blow throw Cast Lead after thousands of rockets, killings, and a kidnapping. You're clearly using a Western mentality when considering this issue. Precedent shows that when Israel hits hard, Arab terrorists fall back, When Israel is quiet to appease the West, Arab terrorists are emboldened and kill more.
34. #25 - Tunnels aren't considered "civilian infrastructure"
William ,   Israel   (03.19.10)
Nice spin, Observer. But smuggling tunnels, weapons factories, anything that is part of Hamas' terror war is not civilian infrastructure. Under Intl Conventions, these items I mentioned are considered part of a military apparatus and are legal targets. You're becoming very apartheid-minded: judging people by Intl Law, judging Jews by another law made up of public opinion. You are becoming what you accuse us of...as we expected.

"putting civilian foreign workers in the way of harm is the first war crime"???? what do you mean by that??? are you seriously implying that any worker, jewish or foreign, in an israeli farm that is not in the disputed territories, is in harms way???? why is that? are you implying that any israeli or foreigner in isrtael is put there on purpose by israel for the purpose of being shot? is he in harms way or is he working in israel proper??? how is this man's work in an israeli farm, not in the territories, considered a war crime by israe? i would really like to know. in that way, then everyone living and working in israel is in harms way and committs a war crime by just breathing and existing anywhere in israel. i believe you are an arab muslim. it explains the illogical, almost comical idiocy of your response. arabs are not known for their intelligence, much less deductive reasoning. god, but i never realized that anyone living in israel anywhere is committing war crimes by just living in israel and that they are an acceptable target for hamas killing and missiles just because they live in israel, all of israel! you are such an bumbling idiot. it is sad. no logic. no reasoning ability. nothing! really shameful. you should evolve, you know. hameed aboughaze, iranian
36. #27,28 Thai worker Nativ Haasara, near the Gaza border
observer   (03.19.10)
because only Thai worker were put in way of harm without protection. It's the buffer zone where Israel had targeted kids there on the Gaza side outside the fence.
37. #34 jus cogens supersedes any Intl Convention
observer   (03.19.10)
hindering the efforts in preventing genocide & delivery of humanitarian aid IS against the "jus cogens" status which supersedes the international law. It's flagrant case of breaching the peremptory norms. The number of peremptory norms is considered limited but not exclusively cataloged. They are not listed or defined by any authoritative body, but arise out of case law and changing social and political attitudes. About 60 Gazans where killed by Israel since end of the Cast Lead. Those tunnels are mainly for smuggling living commodities, weapons are for self defense.
38. 30,000 migrant agricultural workers in Israel
observer   (03.19.10)
the agricultural sector in Israel employs some 30,000 migrant workers, mostly from Thailand, but also from Nepal, Sri Lankan and Palestine. Thai workers arrive from remote village areas after having paid illegally charged brokerage fees of around $8,000. Most Thai workers arrive in Israel and start working immediately in remote farming communities, without any knowledge of Israeli law. Since the start of 2009 around 10% of Thai migrant workers suffered orkrelated accidents. Trafficking in Thai workers for forced labor is becoming more widespread, as does trading workers illegally between farmers. A.B. Seeds Ltd., Amnon Ragulski, Tzur Segal (Moshav Netiv Haasara): The Ministry of Industry, Trade and Labor found these employers in violation of the Foreign Workers Law
39. Israeli buffer zone eats up 30 percent of Gaza's arable land
observer   (03.19.10)
Nativ Haasara cooperative farm is only 40 m from Gaza border, while the width of the unilaterally declared buffer zone by Israel inside Gaza is 300 m. Israel put foreign workers in the harm way.
40. who will pay his family the $8,000; Israelis or Palestinians
