Give the Pals in Gaza and the WB real freedom right to self determination and you'll get similar results as the Pals in Israel. And yes, Gaza is still occupied. If Israel wants to build on Palestinian lands across the Green Line border...then the Palestinians should be permitted to cross into Israel and build homes inside of Israel's borders. Fair is fair! Of course this means no more two-state solution.

There is PLENTY of open land inside of Israel's internationally-recognized border, why can't Israel go build there and leave the Palestinians alone? Send Jews to live in the Negev instead.

If the Quartet wants to be fair, make the call for ALL building in disputed areas - from E. Jerusalem to Jenin to Rafah to be stopped immediately until a final agreement is made. Calling on Jews to stop building (using building codes, permits, etc.) but allow illegal, unsafe Arab building in the same areas is nothing less than racism. Per law, the land "pals" want is not really their's no matter how you slice it. It is public land that was won in battle by Israel (governing body) and disclaimed by Jordan publicly in 1988. Israel has made every effort to offer this disputed land for the 2nd State provided "Pals" end the conflict and accept 2-States side-by-side. They refuse to do that. End of story.
