Let's put it this way: If O'Bama can't initiate changes in the Arab Muslim mindset, then no American president could do it. At the end of the day, however, I do not believe he will be successful. In that case, is he prepared to use the threat of damage and destruction of these radical regimes? That remains to be seen.
