Shalom Hartman   (04.06.10)
Existing shops have merged - end of story! Light reading has been around for a looooonnnnnng time. There is nothing new in this shop
4. Maybe they can read how to clean up your neighborhood?
Josh   (04.06.10)
You're suppose to keep your camp as if G-d walks through it and last I saw that place was scattered with little like some dumpster. Care and garbage was throw into the wind. Maybe they can read a book written by the goyim on how to take pride in the land. A sorry lot. Why should I be telling you what Torah reads? I pay money from my till and you claim you read it all day on the money you take from my paycheck. You should be teaching me about it. Now all you need to do is read it. Meah Sharim do know Torah tells you to teach me about it? You were instructed not too? By Who? Who dares? SHMAH! You say it every day. Listen to it just once.
5. Maybe they can read about how to get a job
Avi ,   Israel   (04.07.10)
Outrageous isnt it what ever next ?
6. your bias shows right through
jason ,   jerusalem   (04.07.10)
another supposed 'story' designed to make chareidim look stupid. None of this is news, of course chareidim buy and read books on all sorts of topics. This is almost as ridiculous as the article you had on chariedim tasting ice cream for the first time. Pleeez. I wonder whose head is really in the ground
7. WOW - Manny moved!
Meir ,   tel aviv   (04.07.10)
What's so surprising? this bookstore is old. It just moved 30m and reopened. The new place is much better and nicer then the old one in the basement.
8. manny's
groise chuchem ,   jerusalem, israel   (07.19.11)
there HAVE been picketers this sunday, but when they left there were hundreds of people (religious and secular) that booed them.
