The fact that the IDF were negligent in allowing low ranking soldiers access to confidential army material is no justification in stealing it and compromising Israel's security. It takes courage to steal and leak 2000 classified documents containing all manner of sensitive information on people's identities that are now in the hands of Israel's enemies....just as it takes courage to rob a convenience store: You might succeed, then again, you might caught and prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
