The truth of the matter is that no foreign court should be getting involved to force the religious private school to do what it wants. They should be working within the framework of the religious school getting the religious leaders to implement the ruling everyone hates the courts

Hate to break it to you but Israel is a democratic state and not a religious state. We are free to choose or religious identity as we are free to not to believe. You can not and will not impose religious law on non believer’s or dictate to others what to belive. We will eat what we want, drive our cars when we want , marry or sleep with who we want, and no religious law is going to stop that . You could always move to Tehran where you will be amongst others with a similar mentality.

Being from the U.S. I don't know anything about either group, i.e. is this about race or religion?, but this is tyranny by the High Court. Thank God in America we still have freedom of Religion. Truly free men and women have the inalienable right to discriminate for whatever reason, but the State decides to rape us of that right. We in the USA not only have the right of freedom of association, but inherit in that right is the freedom of DIS-association. Christian schools here are not terrorized by a court to accept Muslim students, Muslims teachers, or homosexuals and we would fight it if they did. The High Court are a bunch of thugs imposing their views by coercion on others and such should not stand. Sadly, liberty and freedom in the U.S. and Israel are becoming extinct.
