The USA doesn't deserve Israel's help until it stops meddling in Israel's security. Israel is brave anywhere and everywhere.

That's why we don't need to send anybody in some kind of "coalition building" display of policy. Training in all US overseas facilities, arms repair and replacement for troops, auxiliary assistance in medical and rations assistance, not to mention global space teck and advanced guidance and control systems are all part of the Israel US defence relationship. Add to that the servicemen and women in the US military who began their careers in Israeli drab and you will begin to see the larger UK/American/Israeli picture of a can of whoop ass.
