It shouldn't be a crime anywhere except a country that is majority jewish. If he said it in Israel that would be fair enough. The only people who are not protected religiously and ethnicity laws are the indigenous people within their own country within Europe, but tide tide is turning. This is why nationalism is on the rise. The crime is being commited by the person and groups who pushed and installed these anti free speech laws. To protect minorities and use them against the mass is why Europe is shifting for the better. Does Israel have a right to exist as an ethnically and religiously jewish state ? Every country has that right to defend their identity :)
