Fayad may hatch his evil plans. However, they won't come to fruition any more than the evil plots of Arafat and others who preceded him. Israel won't let it happen. Soon we'll have 1,000,000 Jews in Judea and Samaria and nobody will waste their breath talking about it. Arabs continue to permanently emigrate from Judea and Samaria by the tens of thousands annually. With proper incentives, they will leave in far greater numbers.
