In a democratic state people are free to purchase what and in whatever quantities they want. The settlers can sell their products in Israel proper, and normal decent Israelis can show their support by buying it. Or is that what the Settlers are scared of? The fact that proper decent Israelis don't actually support them in the numbers that they have declared.

This is incredibly stupid timing, being when proximity talks are trying to happen. However, boycotting goods is not "economic terrorism". Being able to boycott whatever the heck one wants is part of one's freedoms in a civilized country. I do view it as very wrong that the PA is imposing fines against its own people for violations of the boycott. However, how does the boycott itself differ from US state governments refusing to do business with Arizona because of its immigration policies? If Israel wants the world to respect how often it is actually under terrorist attacks, then it would do much better to not stretch the word's definition so much.
