1. She's a loser!!!
(05.26.10)
Enough aiding the Arabs...stop destroying. we are the Jewish People and we are put here to build!!!
2. High Court slams State over West Bank road
George Weiss ,   Teaneck, USA   (05.26.10)
It seems that the Israeli High Court is only interested in the rights of the Arabs and not on the safety of Jews. This is very disturbing and needs to be rectified.
3. #1 & #2
Michael ,   Haifa   (05.26.10)
You aid and abet criminals...you are lawless and are anarchists
4. Why?
Barack ,   London UK   (05.26.10)
Enough extremism. The judge is right to slam people and settlers building on lands that does not belong to them. for peace to happen you need to know when to stop taking and consolidate your gains where you can keep them. take judia and samaria and you risk loosing all Israel. Learn from SA!!!! with the west bank and Gaza, arab majority in israel will be only a matter of time and then....well you know what!
5. roads
colin   (05.26.10)
Again the leftest judge of the high court is out of her duristiction. She has NO SAY ON SECURITY MATTERS. sHE IS NOT A POLICTICAL APPOINTMENT. tHE JUDGE MUST RULE BY THE LAW OF THE COUNTRY AND NOT BY HER LEFTEST INCLINATIONS.
6. All of a piece....
A Jerusalemite ,   Jerusalem, Israel   (05.26.10)
It is no surprise if crime is growing in the Land. The government after all doesn't care about the law or court decisions either.
7. Rule of Law---Israeli style
Mikesailor ,   Miami, FL   (05.26.10)
So, once more Israel has shown that political considerations trump any 'rule of law' in Israel. Outright violations of court orders and injunctions are to be lauded by the Israeli public as long as such violations ensure the rights of 'Jews' over anyone else.
8. For #2, How hypocritical can you be?
Mikesailor ,   Miami, FL   (05.26.10)
In the US, an injunction is to be scrupulously followed by the executive branch. No excuses. And if you don't like the law, you have the opportunity to change it. In Israel, however, such 'rule of law' is roundly ignored and you approve. You are truly pathetic and I would hate to think that you are a product of the US educational system
9. Court Orders
Resistor   (05.26.10)
What is the use of the good judge handing down ordres if they are not enforced. Demolish the outpost now by any means, and dig up the road-somebody have the guts!
10. WHAT'S WRONG WITH BUILDING ROADS IN OUR LANDS?
stude ham?   (05.26.10)
the court is totally out of touch with the reality of modern day israel.
11. High court raping justice
Ilan ,   Ariel   (05.26.10)
They must be oblivious to morality. They rule as law after studiously ignoring the facts then proclaim it as justice.
12. Our Israeli High Court System works only toward>.
JAMES ,   ISRAEL   (05.26.10)
Works only toward our enemies at the expense of the REAL INDIGENOUS people who are Jews. it is a typical lefists policy. In short,we have the enemies without, and ENEMIES WITHIN. She can obstruct by whatever she deems it by putting her views in such a double dealing way,but ultimately we will prevail. And in hopes Ms.Beinish gets thrown out of her job. What exactly is her jurisdiction me wonders. After all she is paid by the Jewish Israeli public through their TAXES.. We can oust her from her position were she to continue in her stance. PERIOD.
13. :: What’s done is done
Matty Groves ,   Fairport   (05.26.10)
I’m sure this shiny new road will be put to good use by the Palestinians after all the illegal settlers are removed and the Israel withdraws its forces back to the 1967 borders under a Two State solution.
14. Don't be surprised when the next intifadah starts...
Michael Steiner ,   Bahrain   (05.26.10)
If someone arbitrarily and illegally deprived me of my property and proceeded to use it, blowing myself and them up to smithereens would be the very least I would do. Israel's is acting in an utterly inexcusable manner. Whereas I used to wear my kipah and lapel flag with pride (not in Bahrain though), I don't think I can any longer. How can one be proud of a country in which the rule of law and common morality are scoffed at and breached with impunity!?
15. How corrupt and lawless has Israel become?
Bloodyscot ,   Dallas, Texas   (05.26.10)
What has happened to morals in Israel, it seem now that its take as much as you can as quickly as you can. It seems that Israel as decided its own peace deal, the PA gets the A areas and Gaza but no more. Obama wants a peace deal to united the Arabs against Iran before an arms races starts when the US pulls out of Iraq. Any peace deal is doomed right now as it would cause the Gov. to fall and new elections. Then there is Hamas in control of Gaza which makes peace even less likely.
16. To @14 Michael In Bahrain..I think G*D would care >.
Ross ,   USA   (05.26.10)
I think G*D woud hardly care whether you wear a kipah or not.. Your anticipation of the next inftfadah is something Israel is allways on the alert. Unlike you who is deriding Israel that most of us know how the Islamofascists think and act as is their wont.. Israel anticipates and is vigilant. You? Who the hell are you to find fault especially living among the Islamists. If you think Israel's reputation is tainted, then you had better compare it to the Gulf states, even DREADFULLY FLASHY Bahrain that is the same as the rest like Saudi Arabia,Kuwait, Iraq,Afghanistan,Syria, and the rest of the misbegotten bunch. Oh please Israel needs not your pride or otherwise. How dare you write such twaddle about morality when the rest in the ME are the bottom of the PIT in the morality department. It seem to me while you live there the brainwashing has rubbed on your thought process . When I read your first post I was enjoying it somewhat.. Todays is full of HOG WASH and ridiculous. I am bound to remind you that the country you are faulting happens to be JEWISH and thus it is the Arabs that are THE USURPERS,not the Jews of the said properties. Hey,I wonder if Ynet has put you here to be controversial purposefully ?if so they are not acting honestly. And most of us will ignore you next time you appear. Capiche? Gor heaven's sake stay where you are.Israel needs not your ILK.
17. An addendum to the so-called Jew in Bahrain.
Ross ,   USA   (05.26.10)
If you are a Jew,then I have a bridge to sell you.Very cheap too. Begone you impostor! Israel is a free and democratic country that you have no idea of how it operates with wisdom and decorum. You have twisted it in your vesion,to pacify your brethren in he Islamic world. And typical of an ISLAMIST.
18. And you Bloodyscot stop writing ,porkies
Ross ,   USA   (05.26.10)
Simply this. Who the blazes cares what you say/write.You have no knowledge bar talking inanities. Worry not,Israel will prevail by beating Hamas,Hizballah[the pig]Syria and the rest of the malcontents who are nothing but trouble making, vipers, and guttersnipes in the region who are hell bent to annihilate Israel. That they will not succeed is a given. Let us you and I be more concerned about what Obama is doing to our country where your concern should be directed, and not to Israel where you have no connection(unlike me with a family there) Get it you dumbass? Nuff said.
19. What a sick country
John ,   Canada   (05.26.10)
Lawless and godless.
20. What country are you accusing John?
Ross ,   USA   (05.27.10)
If you mean Israel,I shoud think before uttering bloody rubbish. Methinks you are either the enemy,or you follow the Islamists perhaps. One liner John from Canada decides to bash Israel(presumably)but failing because he forgets Mr.Harper is one of its best friends of Israel. That aside what do you mean "Lawless & Godless"? At least have the decency to Uppercase the name of G*D like I just did,and not in your disrespectful way. Your nomenclature versus Israel applies to the Arab Islamists. Most certainly not to Israel you ignorant bastard. Ooops perhaps you are one of them ha? Go to hell
